Affordable Movers move my furniture they had did a lot of damage they had six men and the trucks were not as big they even rented some. I was excited because they had six men, and I thought they knew what they were doing. The movers were all over the place. They didn't coordinate things. Everything was boxed. The furniture was never wrapped at all. There was only a few furniture that I literally had some saran wrap type things to wrap them so they wouldn't damage my furniture. They were disorganized, not caring. They were all over my house using my water using my chargers. It was the most horrible Movers I ever had and I moved around six times. This was the worst in history. They finally finished which I was moving locally apparently they left half my belongings at the old house, and at my new house, they left the washer in the kitchen. The dryer in the garage. All beds were not put together. My flooring in the master was a brand new flooring they indented it so bad please do not use this company ever again. I am carrying a lawsuit with them they damaged my walls and etc., and I thank God that I have not sold the other property so it took me a while to fix the property to put it on the market. They said they were coming back the next day. I paid them fully, which was a big mistake, they never showed up. They ignored my calls. He assured me the move would happen in 1 day with two trucks and 4 men. I requested an early start of 8 am as I knew it would be a long day. The movers arrived at 10 am. They called me on the way to our home and told me that the move would take 2 days. I eventually got a message to Antonio and he showed up at our move. He once again said he thought the move could be completed in 1 day as promised. Well it took until 7pm to load up the trucks. They ended up putting us up in a hotel that evening. They returned the next day to unload our load once again about 10 am. They took all day-Day2 to unload our stuff, leaving after 6 pm on DAY 2. The men moving the stuff did get our possessions to our new home in one piece. However the cost of the move ended up being $1000 more than the estimate I had been given. Had I known that the estimate for the move was bogus, I would have gotten someone else to move us. So buyer beware, don't believe their estimate.

During the move floors were unprotected and gouged and scratched and walls were also scratched and gouged. A 3 piece wall unit was ripped apart without the connecting bolts removed. In addition, 2 of the 6 glass doors were broken. A dryer and freezer were both damaged and the freezer stopped working. Parts were left anywhere. For example, 2 futons were taken apart. At the new house futon parts were found in the garage, some in the kitchen and others in the basement. Shelves to a bookcase were not found. Trash was left behind in our yard after they left. This is not a comprehensive list, just the major highlights. I filed a claim, and almost 4 months later here are the results. The damages to floors and walls cost over $1600 to fix. They offer $0 to repair. The bookcase cost $1100 30 years ago, and $7000 to replicate. They offer $850. The freezer reimbursement offer was $60. I elected $10,000 insurance, but you see the results of my claim submission.
