This was my go-to for appliance purchases for years, however, we recently purchased an LG washer/dryer. The dryer needed to be set up to side vent, so I paid extra for them to do it. Well, they broke the side venting kit and left my dryer venting to the inside of the dryer itself! A huge fire hazard. As I was trying to connect it back myself I noticed quite a bit of lint, so I pulled the pipes out just to find that my new LG washer/dryer was a used model. If you know what you want you can waste your time and visit them. No prices on anything in the store. The Customer Service people will try to answer your questions, but most likely you will get ...let me look in the book. They claim to have 2 warehouses full of merchandise. Their showroom is a joke! It is a dump! They have appliances thrown in there with random organization. We asked for a card and they told us they have no cards only store cards. This store was recommended by several people. I need to go back and inquire. I'm guessing because they have fair pricing and do their own deliveries. We went to Best Buy after this visit. Night and Day. We found employees that could answer our questions. They had appliances nicely laid out. We also don't believe Lee and Jack's have the newest models; probably whatever they have in their warehouse. I wouldn't recommend Home Depot or Lowes based on past experience issues with appointments and delivery drivers (3rd party) who don't care. We are totally redoing our kitchen with a designer and wanted opinions. Looking in books and websites (as they recommended)and coming back to them for prices is a waste of time. read more

Lee and jacks this morning in desperate need of a new washer. Saw what we wanted as we walked in the door. Associate came and asked if she could help us. We told her we wanted this machine, we were written up at 11:08 and had them deliver and install by 2:00! Is not a big box showroom, but clean, prices well marked, and the service was beyond compare! My family have bought from Lee and Jack's for years. Well, they didn't have what I needed in a refrigerator and stove so I had to purchase from another seller. When they came to deliver them, they could not hook the gas stove up because the current stove installed by Lee and Jack's did not have a shut off valve and was using a gas line made for a dryer. Also the refrigerator did not have a connection for the water line on the back of the fridge, it was all inside which I would have had to disconnect. Now I have to pay a plumber to fix these issues due to the installers laziness when they installed the last time. read more

Our frig gave out on a Sunday. We tried several big box stores but no one had one in stock or could deliver the same week. We received a recommendation for Lee & Jacks. We called and talked to Wanda. She was great. They had a frig. And Jeff was able to squeeze us in to the delivery schedule. Frig delivered on Tuesday. Delivery very smooth and they hauled away the old frig. Great service. Previously purchased a dryer from them based on a recommendation from a friend. They were quick and great service. This round wasn't so successful. We ordered a replacement stove top for a cracked glass top. We ordered the week after Thanksgiving and tonight it is being installed. I called after the order to check on it, they said it would be in soon. Called a week later and it was on back order and would be in soon. Called later and they said it was due in and they'd call me to set up the installation. Called again...You get the picture. I was the one check in on the order and they were not. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service and felt like I was not a priority. read more

Our GE 27" in wall micro/oven combo finally died after 36 years. Could not find a replacement anywhere. A friend recommended Lee and Jacks. Sales person found the current GE model available and the price was beyond competitive. Delivered and installed 2 weeks later. Can't speak highly enough about the installation team. It was a difficult installation and they figured it out, took their time and made sure it was in the wall securely and evenly. And we were the last delivery of the day. Late 2015, I bought a GE fridge, it arrived with a bad compressor - never worked for a single minute! I called GE, they stiffed me big time - they blew me off to their 3rd party claims handler (denier I call them). I called Jeff Boggs in desperation and, bless his heart, he found me a replacement the day after, delivered it, installed it and took away the "old" one. People like Jeff make you believe in customer service. Give Lee & Jack your business, they are truly good people. You won't regret it. read more

After receiving multiple recommendations from family and friends and ignoring them and using a big chain store only to be sorely disappointed with poor customer service from chain store and still no washer after 2 delivery attempts I decided to give Lee and jacks a try. Purchased a new washer on Tuesday with a scheduled delivery on Friday. Received a call on Wednesday that they were in the area and asked if I would be home. Delivered and installed washer on Wednesday and removed old washer in less than 30 minutes. They exceeded my expectations for customer service. Not going to get this kind of customer service from the big box stores. read more

These people are a joke. I have just moved and was in the hospital so my laundry had piled up. I wasn't allowed to drive so I ordered a washer and dryer from these "people". The washer simply will not turn on. I called them once and they said the water wasn't turned on to the machine. OK..That one is on me. Somehow they managed to make it start. In a couple of days I felt up to trying another load. Same problem. Push the button and it sticks on auto sense. They came out again and said if you don't close the lid hard enough it won't start. They managed to get it started after fiddling around with it for a few minutes. Guess what? Next load I tried to do - same problem. I took a video with my phone and sent it to them to show them that the lid was shut and the water was OK but the damn thing sat on auto sense for over 5 minutes. I sent them the video on Sunday; called on Monday. Nothing. Stay away from them. They are crooked and I'm going to report them to the BBB as well as Amana (the brand of washing machine). read more

My 8 year old over the stove microwave stopped working last week & found after checking with the manufacturer, that it had pretty much reached the end of its lifespan & would be cheaper to replace than to try to fix. I checked several places online for prices & my options & then after talking to friends, I called Lee & Jack's to see what they offered. After giving the very nice lady that I spoke to my current unit's model #, she gave me several options, I chose one, set up delivery/installation, & paid for it. It was installed today by a very nice man named Rick, who was very neat & careful while in my home. He set the clock without my asking him to, which I appreciated. The cost of the unit & the installation were very much less expensive than the other places that I checked with, they did not charge me a fee to take away my old unit, and the installation was done in a timely manner by a very professional person. I am very pleased & will definitely go to them again, probably sooner than later, as all of my appliances are the same age! read more

I have been buying from Lee & Jack's for 20 years. Once on my way home my wife called to tell me the washing machine had finally croaked. I pulled over to the side of the road, called L&J's, had about ~15 minute conversation with a sales person, and bought a Maytag (really a Whirlpool with a different nameplate) front loader. Delivery has always been flawless and they take the old one away. When delivering a dishwasher they found my GE (POS) at the end of the driveway. It made it halfway down on a dolly and then I yanked it back to send that pile of junk tumbling. It was the only joy that appliance ever gave me. They scooped it up and took it to a compactor where it should have gone the day it rolled off the assembly line. read more

My wife and I went in for a new kitchen appliance set. I was told by multiple people to not buy without checking here first. Boy am I glad I did we saved 1000 bucks. We found a set we liked and they printed us out some product info. Then we left and checked around for other prices. When we returned they ended up upgrading us to a better stove at 50 bucks cheaper and got the fridge for 30 bucks cheaper. Several people recommended that I go here when I told them I needed a washer. Went in and was ignored (guessing it is because I am a woman). A couple of men came in behind me and they were waited on immediately. When a gentleman finally decided to wait on me he asked me what I was looking for and I told him I needed a washer and was also interested in maybe a refrigerator. He showed me the line of washers he had but did not ask what I needed or offer any advice on which was the one best for me. He didn't even want to show me any refrigerators. I narrowed it done to two washers but by then he had a phone call and disappeared in the back room. After waiting awhile for him to come back out I just gave up and let them know on my way out the door that they just lost a sale. read more

Ordered a fridge from Lee & Jack's. Called ahead of time to see they would match a price from Costco. Was told no problem they would match it. Fridge was delivered and the two guys delivering couldn't have been better! These guys were great, and did great work! Hook up the new fridge hand me the invoice and it's not the price we agreed to. Gentleman called his boss and long story short they now can't match the price.........disappointed being told one price and getting charged another.
