Oh my! I was told to avoid this laundromat because the attendant that works there is rude. I generally dismiss gossip until it happens to me. I found myself in need of a laundromat since my washer decided to suddenly stop working. My daughter & I arrived at 7:40pm. The sign clearly stated last load in by 8pm and the business was open until 9:30pm. Since we only had a small load we thought no problem! We walked in behind another customer who already had clothes in the machines. We were immediately attacked by an older woman with long grey hair, wearing a mask & gloves. She aggressively came right up to my 10 yr old daughter. She said we needed to hurry that we were there too late. I apologized & asked if the "last load in by 8pm" rule applies? She walked away grumbling under her breath. My daughter started putting the clothes into the washer while I went to get change. It is now 7:45. The lady was yelling at me from the attendant room instead of coming out to ask what I needed. I asked her for change. She said "if it's for that $50, NO!" I guess she's psychic or has cameras so she doesn't have to get up. I told her I would take change however she had it...even all coins. She yelled "NO! They don't give us that much!" I'd had enough. Absolutely disgusting behavior that the management/owners are fully aware of yet continue to allow. My daughter & I had to take our clothes out of the machine & load back into the car. It was 7:56 when we pulled out of their drive. This woman is a menace & if other people in the community are warning others about her THERES A PROBLEM. We left & went to Queen City in Amelia & had the best experience from the nicest people. read more

I wanted to give this 5+ stars but there is a newer employee that is an issue. Other than Michelle, this is by far the best laundromat I've ever seen. Constant cleaning by employees throughout the day and the prices are great. I've been to the 24 hr one in Amelia and the newest one in Batavia, both are literally double the price. This place even has brand new 8 load washers. Every machine is in perfect working condition. I highly recommend this place. read more

The drop off service could not be more inconvenient. limited drop-off and pickup hours, might take up to 48 hours and you have to pre-pay cash only, no credit cards. they really don't want to do your laundry. read more

I normally love to support small businesses, but I'm sad to say that I won't be returning to this one. I entered this establishment and couldn't find a washer large enough for my item. Both of the extra large washers were taken with someone's laundry in them and nobody to be seen with them. I settled on a smaller washer and put my items in, went to run an errand and came back to put my item in the dryer. When I went to retrieve my item, it was gone. I looked around and I guess the staff person took it out and put it in a cart. As I put my item in the dryer I heard her talking to someone behind me in an angry tone and then she turned to me and said "And you!" Having no idea what I had done, she came over to me and proceed to tell at me that I couldn't leave my things unaccompanied. I told her I had just run a quick errand and had just returned to which she replied "Didn't you see the sign not to leave your items unattended?" as she was pointing at the "Don't put your children on the tables" sign. I had or seem the sign and as I looked around, it honestly took me a while to even find sign that said that. I really wanted this to be a great experience so I could support my local community, but I'll just keep going to Amelia Laundromat or Hamlet to do my laundry instead. You don't get yelled at there and the staff at those laundromats are very nice and super helpful. read more
