If there was a zero rating that's what I would give this company!! Don't get me wrong the original…read morecustomer service was good when picking out our new Washer. Things just went way sideways at the time of check out. I asked the store mgr. Candy approximately how much would the interest be on the loan (we were doing the 90day same as cash program) & she stated she had no idea what the rates would be until the contract is completed. I found this hard to believe since she handles these transactions daily! She should have at the very least had a ballpark amount. Anyway, long story shorter contract typed up and had me Docusign on a very small machine. You couldn't see any of the terms (my bad) I signed it printed w/170 something % Finance Charge. Sorry, don't have it in front of me for exact number. Then a $99 early pmt fee if you P/O early. The delivery was a disaster, they didn't hook up the hoses correctly. I was reimbursed for that at least. Bottom Line I would never recommend this Company or American First Finance to anyone, not even someone I don't care for!!!

We contacted Niceley's who also played it off as though our technician was just having fun. However, we made it clear right away to the technician that his comments weren't welcome, yet he continued to make the comments again. He was condescending and rude, and if he had been in our home any longer, he would've been asked to leave. We were still charged for this 5 minute visit and we're disappointed in how Niceley's handled this situation.

My elderly mother-in-law called for service on her refrigerator. She gave the scheduling secretary…read morethe make and model of the refrigerator and told her the refrigerator was icing up. When the technician arrived, she pulled the refrigerator out, and attempted to take back off, which was frozen to the refrigerator. She then said that they can't get parts for that make and model refrigerator, anyway, and can't fix the frost problem, but she still charged for the call. When I messaged the shop's Facebook page asking why they didn't tell the truth about not being able to fix a defrost problem (they knew the problem, the make, and model prior to the appointment), the owner of the shop blocked me, so my husband called and asked that the owner call him, but we haven't heard back. Margaret criticized my machine and made inaccurate claims about its capabilities, even after I explained I was happy with it and only wanted repairs. When I returned to picked it up, I was told a part had been replaced. When I asked why, she refused to explain and instead argued that I had signed the estimate, which I never disputed. Fortunately, another employee was able to intervene and clearly and calmly answer my question about the replacement part in seconds. At checkout, the total was a little higher than expected. When I asked for a breakdown, she initially refused and sharply responded, "No! Don't you trust me?" Only after pushing did she explain the charges. I had no issue paying. I just wanted basic communication and to understand the work that was done and costs associated. The repair may be fine, but the customer service from Margaret was dismissive and hostile. I won't be returning.

While there, was having a quiet private conversation with my husband and mentioned I thought I might want to purchase a used one that we had seen for both the price and also I thought the associate that was helping us was rude. We came back to purchase some supplied a week or so later but had purchased the other machine as it was significantly cheaper. The owner was in there this time and I took the supplies up to the counter to pay and she asked me nonchalantly what machine I had and where I had purchased it. I told her and she told me I couldn't purchase the items. Her associate had told her what I had said (TO MY HUSBAND!) and she wouldn't sell me anything. I will NEVER step foot in her establishment ever again and I have told everyone I know my experience. This has been almost 16 years ago, but she and her family will never see a dime from me. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPO!! After having our refrigerator delivered to us, we went into…read morethe store to let them know that the refrigerator that was delivered to us wasn't working. The freezer was not staying cold, we kept a cup in there to make sure and it was liquid and was not making ice cubes. Our meat and other items were unthawed. Customer service gave me a phone number to call so I left the store and called. They sent home depo workers back out and they looked at it and said it could not be fixed, they said they would let their bosses know and tell them about all our food that was bad due to the freezer not working and someone would be in touch to schedule the new delivery with a new refrigerator. I received a call a few hours later, saying I would need to call a new phone number, and they would be the ones to schedule the new delivery and that the guys that stopped out to look at the refrigerator said it was not fixable. I got off the phone and called the new phone number. I said Hi, I'm calling to get on your schedule for the new refrigerator to be delivered and the old one removed, the lady gone on telling that they've never been to my house before and was EXTREAMLY RUDE. I kept saying yes, someone was just out and said it could not be fixed that they would send me a new one. Finally she tells me she's with LG and that they were to come and not home depo. So after waiting for home depo to come out I should of been having LG out BUT WAS NEVER TOLD THIS. LG has cancelled on me now multiple times and still hasn't came out to my house and the manager and who ever I've been emailing has now ignored me and not helped me at all. The manager told me he would get back to me on seeing if I could just return the refigerator and get me a small garage replacement so I could have something to keep items in my freezer. Hours later I get a call from someone else saying LG still needed to come look at it to show her proof the LG cancelled on me and that's the last I've heard from them. Tomorrrow will be a full month since the refigerator was delivered and I still haven't got a new one and all my groceries that was in there are still bad and I still can't use the freezer.
