Things just went way sideways at the time of check out. I asked the store mgr. Candy approximately how much would the interest be on the loan (we were doing the 90day same as cash program) & she stated she had no idea what the rates would be until the contract is completed. I found this hard to believe since she handles these transactions daily! She should have at the very least had a ballpark amount. Anyway, long story shorter contract typed up and had me Docusign on a very small machine. You couldn't see any of the terms (my bad) I signed it printed w/170 something % Finance Charge. Sorry, don't have it in front of me for exact number. Then a $99 early pmt fee if you P/O early. The delivery was a disaster, they didn't hook up the hoses correctly. I was reimbursed for that at least. Bottom Line I would never recommend this Company or American First Finance to anyone, not even someone I don't care for!!!

I explained I had already pulled out the dishwasher so they offered the suggestion that I try a competitor. No luck at the competitor so I returned to Niceley's to have them order the springs. They contacted me the next morning saying the springs had arrived. It was a good experience from the time I entered the shop, I was immediately greeted and assisted. The team was friendly, engaged and professional. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to return there for parts or service.

We were still charged for this 5 minute visit and we're disappointed in how Niceley's handled this situation.

When I returned to picked it up, I was told a part had been replaced. When I asked why, she refused to explain and instead argued that I had signed the estimate, which I never disputed. Fortunately, another employee was able to intervene and clearly and calmly answer my question about the replacement part in seconds. At checkout, the total was a little higher than expected. When I asked for a breakdown, she initially refused and sharply responded, "No! Don't you trust me?" Only after pushing did she explain the charges. I had no issue paying. I just wanted basic communication and to understand the work that was done and costs associated. The repair may be fine, but the customer service from Margaret was dismissive and hostile. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPO!! After having our refrigerator delivered to us, we went into…read morethe store to let them know that the refrigerator that was delivered to us wasn't working. The freezer was not staying cold, we kept a cup in there to make sure and it was liquid and was not making ice cubes. Our meat and other items were unthawed. Customer service gave me a phone number to call so I left the store and called. They sent home depo workers back out and they looked at it and said it could not be fixed, they said they would let their bosses know and tell them about all our food that was bad due to the freezer not working and someone would be in touch to schedule the new delivery with a new refrigerator. I received a call a few hours later, saying I would need to call a new phone number, and they would be the ones to schedule the new delivery and that the guys that stopped out to look at the refrigerator said it was not fixable. I got off the phone and called the new phone number. I said Hi, I'm calling to get on your schedule for the new refrigerator to be delivered and the old one removed, the lady gone on telling that they've never been to my house before and was EXTREAMLY RUDE. I kept saying yes, someone was just out and said it could not be fixed that they would send me a new one. Finally she tells me she's with LG and that they were to come and not home depo. So after waiting for home depo to come out I should of been having LG out BUT WAS NEVER TOLD THIS. LG has cancelled on me now multiple times and still hasn't came out to my house and the manager and who ever I've been emailing has now ignored me and not helped me at all. The manager told me he would get back to me on seeing if I could just return the refigerator and get me a small garage replacement so I could have something to keep items in my freezer. Hours later I get a call from someone else saying LG still needed to come look at it to show her proof the LG cancelled on me and that's the last I've heard from them. Tomorrrow will be a full month since the refigerator was delivered and I still haven't got a new one and all my groceries that was in there are still bad and I still can't use the freezer.
