This local business went above and beyond for me, they have my highest recommendation. I had a repair that a previous company could not solve, and had stopped responding to me all together. I called Day's Appliance, and they took on the job and did not stop until every issue was resolved. They remained in constant communication with me throughout the process which I really appreciated. If you're looking for appliance repair, they are the best option in Cincinnati! read more

Had their technician here to check a gas stovetop burner that wasn't igniting. He supposedly fixed it but the same issue is back within a month read more

I would avoid using this company. They came to my house and used a part I had already ordered as a potential fix. The issue was not resolved, but the technician left and told me everything was fixed without doing any meaningful checks to confirm it. After I called back because the appliance still wasn't working, they returned and told me they could continue repairs for several hundred dollars more, but that I should probably just buy a new appliance instead. In the end, I paid about $200 just to be told to replace the appliance. After I initially left a negative review, someone from the company contacted me and offered a partial refund for the first visit. That refund never happened. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. read more

We had a problem with our washing machine not draining. Day's came out and fixed it pretty quickly and with a fair price. However, we found out a few months later that they didn't put back 4 main screws in the frame. This caused extremely violent shaking during spin cycles. We were out of town for most of the warranty window so we didn't find out about this until it was too late. When we called them to say something seems to be broken after they came out, they said it was out of the window so it would be a normal service charge. We decided to use a different company since last time they didn't put our machine back together properly. The company that came out replaced the screws and fixed the shaking very quickly. read more

Always quick and great service. We have their number on speed-dial! The 1-star reviews are just grumps who are never happy with anything.

I had someone come out within a few hours of calling for an appointment. Justin was courteous and honest and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company! read more

The service tech got to work, took care of the requested issue on our washer and solved another one we didn't know about. Really good service; I would not hesitate to have them back. read more

Dalton was very thorough, pleasant, and answered my questions. My washing machine made a noise and would not spin or drain. However, it worked perfectly while he was there (can you believe it??). I was standing right there--believe me--it worked fine. He told me about the 30 day warrantee, in case it acts up again. He explained a lot about the machine to me, that was very helpful. The fee was very fair. I will definitely use Day's again. The lady who scheduled the appointment was very helpful, too. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I am for the work and service provided by Day's. They diagnosed the issue with our GE dishwasher and easily solved the problem. Efficient in their work. (Our golden retriever also enjoyed having additional people to pet her) read more

Professional and reliable top notch business through a difficult oven repair. From our initial call to the end of the transaction, this was true. read more

My husband called our home warranty company when one of our appliances was malfunctioning. They informed him that a particular repair company would be in touch with him. Rather than the company named, someone from Day's Appliance Repair called. They said they had an unexpected break in their schedule, and asked if we were available the next day. We are glad Day's was the company who called. The repair man arrived during the time they said he would. He even called before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He evaluated the problem. After a call to the warranty company, the repair man returned with their authorization. They approved a replacement of our refrigerator compressor. We were sure we would have to wait for the part to be ordered, then have to wait to have it installed. To our surprise, the technician came prepared with a replacement compressor. The man who came worked diligently. He stayed for hours working on the repair. He explained that the problems the old compressor was causing also made the unit inefficient energy wise. He said that on top of fixing the problem, the new compressor will make our refrigerator more energy efficient. He had to go out to his truck several times. Each time he made sure to close the door behind him. He also cleaned up after himself. One of the things he mentioned while he was working was that the owner still works daily on jobs. He had nothing but positive things to say about the company. read more

My fridge went out the other day and Days was able to come out the next day for a service call. Pat called in advance, arrived early, and after getting a brief explanation from me got right down to work. He explained everything he did as he made progress, found the main issue, and had the necessary replacement part(s) on his truck. Fridge was working again in minutes We had a second issue that I had been putting off fixing due to money being a bit tight, wherein the icemaker had not been making ice. He took a look at that as well and had it diagnosed in 5-10 minutes. Payment was also quick and painless, and the cost was very reasonable I am very very happy with the fast, friendly, professional service provided by Pat Strongly recommended read more

Justin did an excellent job repairing our oven. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the required part, and installed the new part quickly.

Called many places for dryer repair. Some were too busy and not taking new appointments, some no longer did repair. Day's did! They arrived on tine and cost was very reasonable. The repair was quickly and professionally done. Definitely recommend. They do great work at a reasonable price and were able to get to us rapidly. Will use again. read more

Brian went above and beyond to ensure all 3 of our appliances were fixed! The price was very reasonable too.

They did a great job repairing our dishwasher. That simple. Fast, reliable, no issues.

On Monday at 4:30 pm, I spoke to Julie about repairing 2 appliances. By Tuesday at noon, Justin had them both working perfectly! Two kind and knowledgeable people. Great job! :) read more

Had Justin come out today, just as promised. He diagnosed and fixed our washer quickly and reasonably. He actually had the parts in his truck, even though our washer is older than him. Haha. All in all, exactly the sort of service we hope for. read more

Technician was super nice but he didn't even touch the microwave. Came in looked up a part said it wasn't available and to buy a new microwave. Then charged $100. Felt like something that could have need done over the phone. Whole visit was less than 20 minutes. read more

Had a great experience with Day's Appliance Repair. They were able to get someone out to my house the same day to repair my broken dryer. Their staff was super friendly and service was timely and efficient. Prices were comparable to other businesses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will call them again for any future appliance repair needs. **Thank you to my fellow "Yelpers" for taking time to post their reviews so that I could pick a reliable business to help me. People tend to take the time to post negative reviews, but we need to keep in mind how important great reviews are, too! Keep 'em coming! read more

Day's Appliance came out to look at our gas stove which had flames that were not burning correctly. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that the condition was not dangerous and if we really wanted to get it addressed it makes more sense to buy a new cook top rather pay them for replacement parts due to the costs being close to the same. They arrived on time and diagnosed the issue pretty quick. I would use them again for appliance repairs. read more

I didn't get the tech's name, but, He was very attentive and knowledgeable. As we were doing a Cost/ Benefit check I will definitely call again !!! read more

It's never a good thing when an appliance goes down, but when it does happen, I would call Days Appliance to do the repair work. The technician (Pat) was friendly and competent. I had a clogged freezer line. He cleaned it out quickly and explained what he had done. I'd call Day's again! read more

On Tuesday, around 10:00pm, I noticed water dripping from the water dispenser in the door of our refrigerator. I checked the freezer and the food was not fully frozen. I transferred all of our food to a neighbor's extra refrigerator. At 8:00am on Wednesday, I started calling appliance repair companies. Day's Appliance Repair was the only one who promised to send someone out the same day. They also had excellent ratings and reviews. Craig came out, quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor, and said he'd be back on Friday. He came back first thing Friday morning and replaced the compressor in 1 hour. He was focused on his work, very skilled, and a nice guy. I highly recommend Day's. read more

Dryer stopped drying, called, was scheduled the following morning, the service man came and fixed the heating element, showed us the broken part, fixed in 20 minutes. Much cheaper then a new dryer. Great service at a good price. read more

Do not use this company. The whirlpool garbage disposal they install only last two years and there's no warranty use at your own risk. Would never use again! read more

These guys are true pros in appliance repairs. Ask for Steve, but I'm confident the other guys know what they're doing also. They have been out twice and he is a straight shooter, honest, and will give you an opinion of brands if you ask (and perhaps even if you don't ask!). These folks get the job done quickly and honestly, with a high degree of competence, which is something I've found lacking in other appliance repair companies. read more

I'm new in town and a new first-time homeowner, so I haven't used a lot of service shops but I can't imagine anyone being any better, in terms of service, cost or professionalism than these guys. This shop was first sent over to my place through my home warranty when I had difficulty with my fridge. The serviceman was prompt, pleasant and fully explained the problem and showed me how to remedy it in the future (it was just that the fan in our freezer had frozen because it needed to be defrosted). When I had a problem with my dryer, I again requested Day's and was not disappointed. It was a different serviceman but the service was just as good. He came over, took apart the dryer, fixed the roller (which was broken) and also checked out the rest of the unit to see if anything other than the noise I was hearing was wearing out. He found that the belt was wearing and, rather than waiting a couple months for it to cause a BIG problem, went ahead and fixed that while he was there too. read more

My washer (top-load) stopped running and I had nobody handy available to look at it. I saw the couple positive reviews here and decided to give them a try. I tend to be a bit anxious about using service companies with which I have no experience, since you don't know if they're competent, competitively priced and so on. I have to say that I was really pleased with the prompt schedule timing and time to complete the repair. The pump wasn't on the technician's truck, but it was ordered and in after a couple days. The technician was friendly and worked pretty quickly. I would call them again should I need an appliance repaired. read more

My 11 year old french door refrigerator stopped cooling on a Wednesday and I couldn't get anyone to repair it until Monday afternoon. I shopped for a replacement over the weekend but was not happy with the alternatives. I really wanted my refrigerator back! On Monday at 12:15 I got a call from the repair person. He arrived 15 minutes later and had the problem diagnosed in about 15 minutes. The cost of the repair was estimated at $350-$400. He repaired it and charged me $361. I'm very happy with the service. The refrigerator is working just fine. I will definitely call Days Appliance in the future though I hope it isn't soon. read more
