I had one of the newer HE washers, and honestly it did not get our clothes clean. As dirty as my sons get their clothing, we are actually going to need WATER to get them clean. So I knew I couldn't buy a new washer at the big box stores. I also didn't want to spend $800-1,000 on a washing machine either! I looked around at a few used appliance stores and also on Craigslist. I found the Craigslist washers were too expensive compared to the ones at Half Price Appliances. I found a nice clean Maytag washing machine that I purchased. Better than that, it came with a 90 day warranty! I could have opted to have it delivered, but I just showed up with my pickup truck. The man loaded it up for me and strapped it down. I am happy with my purchase! They also had ranges, dryers and refrigerators. It's really great that they can refurbish appliances to keep them out of landfills as well as save you some serious money! We purchased a new countertop, new sink, and new faucet. I was looking for a less expensive faucet but the sales person persuaded me into buying the more expensive one, saying that if anything went wrong with it, like leaking or dripping that it was covered for the life of the faucet and that it would be replaced with a new part by one of the people that work for Countertops & Cabinetry by Design without any charge. My faucet has been leaking, I contacted the company and told them what the faucet was doing, they order the part and had it sent to my house. I told Chris Holtz that I probably couldn't replace it myself and he said that it would cost me $125.00 for someone to come out and install the part. This isn't what I was told when it was sold to me initially. I have sent him multiple emails now letting him know that I am not happy with the service after the sale since I was led to believe if there were any problems with the faucet that it was covered and would be fixed free of charge. First request to them was 11/13/17. They responded right away with email back, but since I told them that I don't feel comfortable doing it myself, he responded that there would be the $125.00 charge to replace the part. I sent additional emails to see if they would fix but haven't heard anything back. So, I would not use the company again, and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

We are remodeling our basement and have a large bar top and a small counter top area that totals less than 25 sq ft. They offer 4 different quartz options for situations like this so we didn't have to go through stacks of remnants to try to find something. And again we were extremely happy with the pricing.
