Photos provided by Jill Matthews Photography were not deemed usable and we communicated this to the…read moreowner via email on Oct 21, the day of the photo shoot and electronic delivery of the photos.  On that same day, the  owner emailed, disagreed and offered to make edits but when the we declined the offer because of time issues, the owner committed to refunding $115 to us. We ended up using our own photos taken on a phone. As of Nov 7, the refund was not received.  I contacted the owner via phone.  The owner did not recall her commitment to refund until I shared an email she had written stating she would refund our money. On Nov 11th we met and she returned our money and apologized for the situation.

Getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult and most of the communication is via messages. He was always willing to answer my questions. He has a very thurough process where we go through every picture we want taken to ensure that everything is captured. I would also send him shots that I wanted something similar. The day of he was on time and ready to go. He split his time between the bridal suite and the groom's lounge so everything was captured. He even found time to walk around the grounds and get pictures of decorations. He was very professional and gave us a ton of modelling tips and poses as well as took our suggestions for locations and looks. He was very accepting of the changing timeline and very flexible.
