We ended up using our own photos taken on a phone. As of Nov 7, the refund was not received.  I contacted the owner via phone.  The owner did not recall her commitment to refund until I shared an email she had written stating she would refund our money. On Nov 11th we met and she returned our money and apologized for the situation.
