Each one captured the emotion we felt, and did it so elegantly. I wanted to print each and every one! Each one was timeless (to us) and each one was just perfect. Our friends also commented on how beautiful the images were and they were! Putting aside the fact that pictures were just sublime for a moment, what else makes this a 5 star experience. Stephanie was responsive, communicative and thoughtful in our conversation. She was available via email and telephone and replied more swiftly than I would have even expected. She not only came thru with helpful suggestions for the day, but took time to come early and help me figure out what the heck to do when my original plan fell thru for a lack of attentiveness on my part. There is something to be said for the expertise and quick thinking on her part which enabled the day to go thru smoothly. While I would have gladly paid a lot more for the pictures, and it is hard to put a price to such a wonderful moment in our lives, I must say she is very reasonably priced. They gave us back the final $500 payment out of $3k we paid for "a senior photographer with 2 assistants." They refused to give us the raw footage so we could have another photographer try to clean up the bad lighting and terrible angles. THANK GOD guests took iPhone photos or we would have had even less than we got from the "pros." You be the judge here are a few "Pro" photos versus to what guests took.

My son was selected to be a "senior model rep" which is a FREE photoshoot and a $250 photo credit…read more I was told "our packages start at just $99 so you can get some great photos". The entire photoshoot was awkward, spending so much time making sure his head was tilted to the exact right angle and finger was curled perfectly. In my head I was thinking how awkward they all looked but I figured I would trust the "expert". When we went to view the pictures I was underwhelmed. The pictures didn't even look like my son. He looked robotic and uncomfortable in every picture. But the worst part is when it came to pricing. Turners out their smallest package actually starts at $350 (that is in addition to the $200 session fee) and that gets you 4 printed pictures. Four pictures for $550! If you happen to want access to the digital file for those pictures you have to pay an additional $200 per pose!) and if you wanted to use one as your senior picture in your yearbook, that's another fee. To add insult to injury, when I expressed to them I felt misled when I was told their prices started at $99 she laughed at me and told me that I was the only one who has ever been confused. If you read their Google and Facebook reviews you will see this is far from the truth. The icing on the cake... they are currently running a sale that would make that smallest package $250. I told her that and told her that my $250 credit should cover that package and she said that their model reps don't qualify for any sales. Not much of a way to treat the "model reps" that are supposed to bring in business by sharing how amazing their experience was. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
