Even though one of my packages needed to be taped up and label placed on box, customer service representative took care of it for me. Thank you for taking my package even though it was to be taped up at home. This store is very close to our home so it is a great value when returning items. The service we needed was to know how to send back a package that was only in a plastic bag. No problem that was taken care of too. read more

They do an ok job as far as taking care of packages, but none of the staff that I have encountered have ANY customer service skills. No one smiles, says hello, or acts friendly at all. It would really make a difference if they would make an effort to do this. The vibe in the store is just not very positive and although this location is close to my home I am considering going elsewhere. read more

Not good customer service and the individuals working there try to nickel and dime you for everything. Not sure if this is UPS's new policy, but charging $3.00 to tape a box on an Amazon/UPS return agreement is moronic. Do yourself a favor and drive over to Lowe's and buy your own tape for a dollar. This store is a joke... They don't wanna provide any customer service or except any responsibility for UPS mistakes... "Because we are a franchise". I have packages sent to my home that don't belong to me and I go out of my way to return packages out of kindness... They refused to except the packages and tell me I have to call the one 800 number for UPS. The only problem is is that trying to speak to a live person through one 800 UPS number is harder than finding the ark of the covenant. These people are lazy and they don't want to accept any level of responsibility. I asked if the UPS driver comes by there, they said yes, I said I'm being a good Samaritan here... You can get these packages to the UPS driver when they come by next. Their response... They won't be here until Monday... These people are terrible. Update two days later; hi asked the manager if the UPS driver came by to pick up and distribute packages... They said yes, I said then he can pick up these packages when he comes in, I'm trying to do the right thing these do not belong to me. I walk out the door, and two days later... The UPS driver did indeed pick up the packages, But instead of returning to sender they brought them right back to my front porch where they are still sitting. Your "protocol", is code for not being a good neighbor, being selfish and being a doofus. I can't shout loud enough for everyone in the community to not patronize this store. read more

Horrible customer service. Called with a thorough explanation of what we needed notarized and was told they had a notary on site the entire next day. Arrived and notary refused saying "lady who does court documents isn't in and I only notarize titles". What? Why did you tell me to come then? Plus, there aren't separate notaries for different things...she just didn't want to be bothered. Seriously at first she simply said "I'm not doing that" and starred at us for at least a minute. Wasted 30 minutes and had to drive to Beavercreek where they did with absolutely no issues and under 5 minutes. She could have easily notarized. On top of it, they treated me like it was my fault. It has been three days since the retailer told me that my package was picked up by my ladership facility. Still no product delivery.

Had a great experience today at the Huber Heights UPS store. I'm a professional artist and I was really concerned about getting an oil painting properly insured and properly packaged to be safe all the way to the commission customer. I did not want to drop it off, but wanted to watch it be packed. The store owner, Ketki Patel, was tremendous to indulge all my fears by letting me watch the entire process.
