My fault for going to a UPS for printing needs, but they botched a very simple print job in a pretty major way, and then defended their mistake instead of owning up to it. Even in a pinch there are better printing options. Save yourself the headache and call an actual printer like Alphagraphics. read more

I don't leave reviews, but I didn't appreciate the way the clerk treated me when I was just looking for help. I went in to return an Amazon item (for background: this is where I usually go, and typically have zero issues and the staff has always been helpful). Didn't realize (which was my fault) until I was being called up to the counter that my return wasn't through UPS, but USPS. Showed the clerk my bar code (in case I was wrong) and she promptly informed me I was in the wrong location. She also said I'd need to package the item for return. She confirmed that USPS was closed at this point and said that they would have sent me straight back to UPS to print out the label (which was helpful to know). I asked about the need to package, as a follow up to her comment above, because I'd never needed to provide any sort of packaging when I return things via UPS and I simply wanted to clarify so I'd be prepared to drop it off at USPS and wouldn't run into any problems, especially since I was at the end of my return period. At this point the clerk said, in an unpleasant tone of voice that I didn't feel was at all warranted since I was simply asking a question, that I had to package it for USPS. I felt that this statement was made with frustration and irritation. At that point I felt that the conversation, which seemed to have gone downhill as soon as she realized my return was for USPS, had reached the point where the clerk felt like I was wasting her time and she was OK with speaking to me this way, even in front of other guests, and I didn't feel the need to continue my interaction with her. I likely will not patronize this location again, as this interaction was humiliating and I felt put on the spot and called out in a public place, and it was completely unwarranted, as I was simply confused and looking for guidance. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's gone to UPS with an Amazon return instead of USPS. If she had merely been kind and professional, I would have been happy with the outcome, even though I wasn't able to complete my return because I incorrectly assumed my return was through UPS. read more

This is the best UPS Store in the area hands down. The staff is fantastic and always pleasant to deal with even when they are really busy. They have even managed to remain efficient while implementing appropriate COVID-19 precautions. I recently came in just to use the free return service for Amazon and was amazed at how quick I was able to complete my transaction and how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I cannot praise the UPS store in Springboro, Ohio enough! Talk about a phenomenal staff! They all are the absolute best! We used them for printing wedding programs and a seating chart for our reception. They went above and beyond to assist us and everything was absolutely beautiful, on time and so professional. Abby and Debbie are the two individuals who mainly helped us and they couldn't have been more wonderful. If anyone has any printing needs, go no further! You will never find anyplace that is nicer, more reasonable, helpful, and accommodating. They are definitely a treasure!!!! Debbie is literally the nicest person that anyone has ever met. I've never met a person so nice and so good at customer service. I come in maybe once or twice a month but it is amazing how she's always consistently kind and happy and welcoming. I really look forward to seeing her when I stop at the store.
