I have a newborn and a toddler. Getting my Amazon returns to the store has been a battle. Today, I showed up at 6:55 PM. There was already a line of 4 people returning Amazon items. William, the store clerk, greeted all of us with kindness and professionalism--which, honestly, none of us deserved for being there so late and keeping him after closing. I always come to the store because the employees are wonderful and William was a prime example of that today. William, if you read this, I'm so sorry for making you stay late but thank you for helping a harried mother of two get her Amazon returns sent, before they were too late for me to return. I hope your store manager and bosses know they have a very adept, professional and kind employee and treat you very well. read more

I have been dropping off returns many times over the last several years and have never had a problem with this store. There were times when I had to stand in line, but never took longer than a couple minutes to get my taken care of and with the self service stations, makes it even faster. The employees have been very helpful when I have questions or when I take my items to the counter. I will always return to the store. read more

Stopped in this UPS store really quick to drop off an Amazon return. The staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Parking was easy and an efficient in and out. Everything looked clean and organized! I would definitely come back here for more extensive shipping needs! read more

I hand my son take a package here for me & they opened the package for no reason then told my son he had to pay $8 now. When I had the package in a box wrapped in brown shipping paper with shipping label printed from Mecari. Because of what they did I lost money that I was making on the item that was in the package. What they did absolutely unnecessary I feel it was just a way to get money. read more

If you catch them when they choose to be open, the employ are friendly enough. Came on a Sunday as this location is the only one in area supposedly open on Sundays. The hours sign in window shows open Sunday from 12-4. There is however a second sign showing closed on Sundays for staffing issues. You would think that as the only store in area open on Sunday that it would be a priority to stay open on Sunday. The other six days of the week there is competition from other brands that offer service similar price and closer locations. Time to switch brands. read more

Using this location was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a UPS outlet. I shipped an instrument back to the store and the case was damaged en-route. I had to initiate and follow the damage reimbursement myself due to the store manager's inaction. It took numerous phone calls over a period of 8 months to get resolved with no help what-so-ever from this location. UPS national actually sent a check to this store (as is the practice) and it was not forwarded to me. It took additional calls and a second reimbursement check for it to reach me. UPS drivers and deliveries have provided excellent service for me over the years. This location did not. read more

I haven't needed services of a UPS store since I retired, but on Saturday I found myself in need of a FAX machine for personal reasons. The person behind the counter greeted me and was very friendly. I told her my need and she took my fax documents and promptly fax my document. Upon completion she returned my fax document hard copy and a receipt showing that my document had been faxed without any errors. This UPS store has the most friendly and helpful individuals I have encountered. I will use them in the future for all my personal needs and let my friends and neighbors know how friendly, helpfully and quick to assist me when I needed the assistance. Donald B. read more

The woman running the store is a total complete jerk who believes it's okay to belittle her co-workers in front of customers. She also spoke down to me and offered zero respect. Someone did not teach her how to treat others the way you'd want to be treated. Not a good fit for a customer Service job. 2 Stars deducted for having to deal with that unpleasantness. What saves this experience from a 1 Star rating is the kind notary Elizabeth, who, despite the unpleasant conditions and negative energy, helped me with a smile and wished me a good day. read more

I showed up at the store with 30 glass bottles of maple syrup to ship. Even though this was a large exercise, the staff was professional and very friendly. These people, I can tell, love their job and they are very good at it. There is a difference between UPS stores, I highly recommend this one. read more

The employees at the Wilmington Pike UPS Store location set me up with a mailbox for my business. I run my business from my home but it's nice to have a different mailing address for my business. Using a UPS mailbox gives me an actual street address as opposed to a PO Box. Also, they accept packages from all carriers. The employees helped me decide which size box I needed and the process was a breeze. read more

After putting off sending my espresso machine in for repairs for about a week I finally decided I just didn't have the materials to properly package it as the supplier requested so I trudged my way into the closest UPS store. Surprisingly (because I was expecting the worst) I was greeted and helped in the best way the two female employees could! First of all I want to express that they were polite, professional, and got what I needed done without issue. I knew I was going to pay way more than I wanted to ship back a fairly new piece of equipment that I just couldn't believe I was needing to ship (leaking pump). Not only did the one employee talk to and entertain my two year old a bit while the other helped me and answered all of my questions but they were honest with and found discounts I wouldn't have otherwise known I could use. They said I could use the AAA discount since I was having to buy so much material to package the machine and that it would get me 5% of my actual shipping cost too which I was thrilled (I have AAA anyway but it was nice that they were going to give it to me even if I didn't since they knew I was paying way more than I needed to ship this item) I noticed in my e-mail from the supplier that I needed something printed to put on the outside of the box, the ups employee said no problem-there is a computer right over there you can log into your e-mail and print from there!! Awesome! I then did ask about printing and what it normally runs because I have a project coming up that requires some. They were helpful with that too. The only thing is that it did end up coming to $79.00 or so to complete my task even with the discount but at least I had a helpful team that did pretty much all the work for me instead of having to deal with the grumpy post office that would have charged just as much and was not recommended by the supplier. She showed me where the tracking info was and helped gage how much insurance I should get. Overall it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be! read more
