It was the only company who answered my call, Frank was very helpful. Got the rates, and booked it for today (Easter Sunday). Zack and Milton showed up promptly at 9am as scheduled. They loaded the truck efficiently and with care for certain items, my main concern being a grandfather clock. Was wrapped and taped up and tightly secured to the side. Everything was nestled in snug as a bug in a rug. Was a two hour drive to where we live. Once there, the truck was the exact same as when loaded. Nothing moved or shifted at all. Professionally done, from start to finish. I can't say anything good or bad on the rates since I didn't have time to compare, but simply not having to do anything ourselves made it worthy. Load, drive to and unload was just at approx 4 hours, plus their 2h drive back. Definitely recommend!

However, the move was quickly approaching, and another company I called neither picked up the phone nor called me back. I called Kendrick's and they answered the phone, were straight-up about pricing, and gave me the holiday weekend to think about whether I would use them. Called back the following week, they got me on the schedule. They called to confirm, the day before, like they said they would. Moving day, 2 guys showed up about 15 mins after the appt. time, and quickly loaded what I needed and quickly unloaded it at my new place. I was impressed that they wrapped the main doorframe in both places with pads to protect it - that's a new thing to me I'll be asking other movers for. The two guys were professional in demeanor. Had no surprises on pricing or length of time it took them (which was tied to the price). Needing to move unexpectedly sucked, but these guys made it less awful. Thanks

By double handling our furniture, our belonging were scraped, and scuffed. Some kind of solvent dripped on our hardwood dining room set as well as our bedroom set. My beautiful furniture is now damaged goods. They were supposed to wrap our belongings. When moving, they didn't cover the hardwood floors. When they moved extra furniture to our basement, they stacked boxes, tubs and other hardwood furniture on cherry tables. Very unprofessional. I'm heart broken! Stay away!!!!
