This place WILL download your personal files and images from your phone, replace your screen incorrectly, steal your parts and replace them with cheap alternatives, and tell you that you need repairs that you don't need to upcharge you and steal your parts. I dropped my phone off to be repaired at 6pm, They requested my password. I returned at 7 to pick my phone up and in my recent tabs my Gallery had been opened AND my files app with a file actively downloading that included a picture of me when I was 17, the time of the download being after I dropped my phone off. The manager told me they did not take passwords, even after they wrote my password on the back of my phone. They took of my brand-new iPhone screen, replacing it with an alternative that didn't even go to my phone model. Which was NOT needed due to the back of my phone being damaged, not the screen. I was introduced to this place through Groupon. But now that I know about it, I would just come directly to them so There's no middle man. They were fantastic! I arrived right when they opened at noon. They opened a few minutes early and were already helping another customer. A second guy came out of the back and helped just a minute later. He got my groupon to start and then took my phone to the back. My screen was shattered to the point that swiping my finger across it gave me glass splinters. He told me it would only be fifteen minutes and he was absolutely right. I was so grateful because I had my sixteen month old little boy and a girl can only take so much. Lol. This is an extremely convenient and the best place to get your phone repaired. I had shattered my iPhone 8 screen and within 10/15 minutes I had my phone repaired to write this review. The 3 gentlemen (sorry I didn't catch all the names - but Jeremy's) are incredibly friendly and professional. Got a new case, screen protector, and a fresh screen in under 15 minutes, for under what other sites were charging just for a screen repair!! Ignore the boxes as they are unpacking into their new space (1243 Wayne). I definitely know where I'm going and will refer everyone to in the future. Let them know Puerto Rico sent you! Went in for a new battery, which they replaced quickly. But my phone began to have problems as soon as I left the store. These guys worked with me for over a week trying to get it fixed, but in the end, it was not salvageable. Their customer service is extraordinary and they replaced my phone with an equal value phone. If you need a screen replaced or need accessories for your phone, this is the place to go, very affordable and the staff are friendly. But internal software issues don't seem to be their specialty. If you're on a budget, they are definitely worth your time, though. read more
