What an amazingly terrible store. I arrive there at 10:20 To find a line of disgruntled people in the store closed. One guy told me he goes there all the time and the people that work there are almost always late and it sold them opens on time. UPS should either change the management or close the store what an embarrassment. I thought UPS was an iconic American brand this does not bode well. read more

Friendly employees. The owner or his wife are usually at the store. The employees go out of their way to be helpful. Has a very mom and pop feel. They offer shipping services, as well as post office boxes. read more

I needed to send a large picture frame to Auburn University. They quoted a price of $192, wtf. I was flying there on Friday, to check a large suitcase should only cost $50 round trip. These stores are all franchises are can charge people whatever they want. To compare I took my frame to the UPS headquarters and guess what. $31 to send plus $7 for a box to put it in. I will only go to UPS directly either in Sharonville or Downtown!!! read more

Avoid at all costs! Paid over $130 to have store package an item for shipping. Paid extra for shipping and insurance. Package was damaged in transit. UPS corporate denied the insurance claim due to "improper and inadequate packaging". UPS Store won't stand behind it's work, and has an "F" rating from the BBB. read more

Coronavirus nightmare waiting to happen. Two counter employees, one sniffling and apparently sick, neither wearing masks, or any sort of PPE, handling boxes that will go through the entire UPS system, and then handing out receipts with their bare hands, no break between customers to wash hands or change gloves (which they weren't wearing anyway. At least 3 UPS truck drivers moving boxes in and out of the retail area, 2 feet from customers at most, none wearing masks or gloves. None of the unmasked employees made any attempt to maintain distance between themselves or customers. read more

I wish I could give a zero. I have been trying to keep this to myself but I have to give it this time. The fact that they lady and her so called supervisor who would not give me my package that had my name as C/O on the package and my house address is very appalling. Their attitude, disrespect and non-professionalism is over the roof. This is not the first time but I always just do my thing and leave. But today was the worst. They did not return my driver's license to me and I asked them for it and she rudely said "go outside the store and check the floor"...her exact words...I was like waoh! I called the corporate head office and was told they cant do anything that its a franchise store...Really...That they can only ask them to see if they have it. So my punishment for insisting I get my package before leaving the store was to lose my license. That's really awful. I will NEVER GO BACK to this store. There are other UPS store that I have been to that are professional. This is the worst store ever...What a shame of a location. read more

I cant believe the owner of this store trusts the "manager" to manage anything here. A hotel I stayed at in Cincy, offered to ship a tablet to me that we left there during our stay. They handled the entire request carelessly from the beginning by NOT offering to have someone sign for the tablet, they "claim" the package was left at the address - WHICH IS NOT TRUE - WE NEVER FOUND IT. I then called back to advise that it was never delivered and got the run around by the manager that NEVER FOLLOWS UP ON CALLS, and openly admitted that he didn't 'remember' to call to advise of the status of the claim that was filed back in June 2016. It is August and I am still w/o my daughters tablet, and all I get is a smug admission that he is busy and he forgot to follow up. He asked for my phone number twice on the phone call, and didn't have it again when were about to end the call, to which he was supposed to still be following up...how do you f/u with no phone number? No intention of this store 'manager" to make their wrongs, right. When you have mishandled a case twice over it would seem as if A MANAGER would see it necessary to pay special attention to a case until resolved. I mean whatever happened to keeping a checklist AT WORK???? This dude apparently is accountable to NO ONE. Sorry ass business! No star review!! read more
