So I bought a high end Diehard battery for my truck 2024. Less than 6 months and battery was useless. They replaced the battery. That battery died Less than a year later. They won't replace it saying the had replaced the battery once and will not replace it again. My point is it is not the consumers fault that they are buying defective batteries. During vacation I had water/soap damage to my I-phone 11 Pro. I went to the Apple Store (while on vacation) and they said it was not repairable. Therefore, I purchased new I-phone. Once home, I took the "non-repairable phone" to Batteries Plus in West Chester. The friendly staff (Jeremy and Doug) quickly evaluated the phone and identified it would work. On a subsequent visit Doug provided a new battery and took the SIMS card from my husband's I-phone 6, and placed it in the "non repairable phone" and now it is working perfectly. Obviously, the Apple Store was incorrect, and Batteries Plus assisted me in getting our "non repairable phone" working with minimal expense. They were professional, kind, respectful, quick and efficient with both of my visits to the store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

First off let me say if you are in need of a unique battery they probably have it... it will be over priced but you can get it that day. However this one star review is about the "plus" part of the business... I would give the battery section a 4 Star because they'll have your battery you'll just over pay for it. So I took my iphone in to get a screen replaced and it was a disaster in there... they did not know what they were doing or have any communication skills. The following story is what I had to deal with... I called on a Thursday about getting a cracked screen replaced and they said it was cheaper to have it done with an appointment so we made one on the phone for an hour from then. On the phone I told them what phone I had and what color the screen was. I came in to drop it off at my scheduled appointment (just an hour later) and the guy didn't have me on file coming in but said it wouldn't be an issue they would still take care of it. He then went to get the screen and they didn't have the one that fit my phone. Idk why I wasn't told this when I called and they took all my info. -1 Star They told me that another store had what I needed and they would have it dropped off and to come back at 3 to get it fixed. I had a bad feeling about it the way the guy sounded when he told me that so I called before I left to make sure. They had no idea what I was talking about and had not gotten any phone screens from their other location. -1 more Star... however they said it would be in for sure the next day at 11a so we made another appointment! Day two Friday morning I left work to take an early lunch and get my phone fixed... got there and big surprise no one again knew anything about what I was talking about... AND it was the SAME guy from the day before... I even said we talked yesterday and he said oh yeah I remember you! -1 Star So another guy came over and said he would double check and see if they had it. He looked and said they had the screen the box was just upside down so the label wasn't showing... -1 Star This guy actually seemed like he knew what he was doing and said they would get right on it and have it done in 45 min... so I went to lunch and came back... I came back and the second guy said I've been trying to call you (wow really dude you have my phone how am I supposed to answer) the screen they have doesn't fit my phone... idk how this happens but come on. He said my phone was disassembled but not to worry they had a phone coming from another store and would have it fixed by 3:30 that afternoon!!! I told him I needed my phone and had him put it back together... I would have bet BIG money it wouldn't have been fixed nor would they have known anything about it if I showed up later... - a ton of stars!!! So I went to a place just down the street next to the Mediterranean restaurant I had eaten at for lunch and had a great experience. So if you need a battery and don't have time to wait for it to be mailed from buying online go here... BUT if you need a repair job GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

I went here for a replacement battery for my Ford Focus. The battery placement on my car is ridiculous so I was praying they would be able to install it for me-which they did. Unbeknownst to me my car battery had been leaking, everywhere. I had no clue it was happening but the two guys working were amazing. They spent 20 minutes trying to clean it out to the best of their ability, with what limited cleaning supplies they had, so that the battery acid wouldn't eat away at my new battery. I wish I knew their names they were phenomenal. It was a nice reminder that good people still exist. read more

I went here looking for a specific light bulb - first visit. They were very nice and ordered for me. They called and said it was in $10 Edison bulb. I went to pick up the bulb - second visit. Took the bulb home, installed and realized it was the wrong bulb - wrong color temperature -not what I ordered. Returned the bulb - they could not get the correct one - third visit for a refund. I've now made three visits to this store, a hour in travel time each visit and have nothing to show for it. Don't bother - just order online. I try to support my local stores, but this service is terrible. They simply apologize, but do nothing to correct the problem. read more

I cracked the screen on my iPhone and needed it fixed quick. I called abs they had the screen in stock. When I showed up I explained that I only had 45 minutes to get to work. Jeremy T. told me it would be no problem he would fix it and I would be at work on time. He kept his word and I was even 10 minutes early. I have never met a more polite and helpful salesman. I had a problem with a battery not charging that I had purchased at another location. I was at a scale model expo at the entertrainment just around the corner so I dropped my battery off to be charged and tested. Turns out there was a problem with the battery. It was less than a year old but I did not the receipt with me. They gave me a new battery, saved me a trip home to find the receipt. When I originally purchased the battery it would have been a couple of dollars cheaper on Amazon, but the service at batteries plus was well worth buying from them. read more

June 2017 battery started same issue not holding charge, erratic charge, 100 to 30, back up to 75 without charging etc. Took back to store 6/20/17. Checked receipt, asked if had time to wait and was on my way in under 15 minutes with new battery installed at no charge. Very pleased with service and they never hesitated about replacing battery again. read more

Just a word to the wise, do not do business here. My son and my husband had both spoken with someone about repairing an iphone, and the person they were working with felt optimistic that it could be fixed. When I took it in for service, the person I dealt with was extremely rude and condescending and cut me off mid-sentence every time I attempted to speak. It was quite obvious that he was not interested in my business. He should not be in a position that requires him to deal with the public.
