It was before closing when I called, and the phone just kept ringing. I was at the store two minutes past closing time, they were closed but a younger gentleman was letting someone out. I nicely asked him if I could get it and he was friendly as could be. Then the older man with glasses asked the younger guy what was he doing and he explained plush told him it was paid for only. The guy with glasses yelled at me, "see you at 7:30," which is opening time. He then looked at the younger guy and said," just make him come back tomorrow, I don't care if he is the f***ing King of England. It was past closing, so I am not upset about the part in the slightest. I appreciate the professionalism of the younger gentleman. The older man and his total disrguard of the customer like it was a joke, and yelling the profanity about if I were the King of England will have me never shop at an Oreilly's location again; and I suggest you avoid this on. The one on reading has a great staff that appreciates the customer.

Super friendly and helpful! She asked if I needed a receipt and I said no, I don't remember looking…read moredown for a name tag either. She was very quick and efficient. I am oblivious to cars, she helped me look up the oil my car needed and walked me over to get my items. She was fabulous!

Dec15 530 pm my car broke down in Kroger on Paxton Ave Oakley,Cincinnati oh walked to oreilys on…read moreridge Rd they were closed wouldn't open door so my girlfriend go to door they open it let her in to return item but not but the part I needed so had leave car were it broke down. So here it is the 16 the 630 pm walked to oreilys closed again it's posted there open til 8 pm and that was updated by the store a week ago so now I have to go to a different parts store that agreed to give me a even lower price cause of my issue ridge store is no good it's prob one that gets the least sales I would assume I'll see what corporate has to say tomorrow morning I already left them message

Walking into an auto parts store in NOT my idea of fun. Sorry, but I'm just not that girl…read more Christopher at O'Reilly Auto Parts made this visit soooo much more comfortable than I ever imagined this being. I was having a headlamp replaced down the street from this store and needed to go pick it up. I didn't know exactly what I needed (and I'm sure it was written all over my face) and he stepped right up to help me find exactly what I needed. He looked it up in the computer, called Midas to make sure I was getting the right thing, and even went and got it off the shelf for me! I couldn't have asked for better service. The store itself is a little worse for wear. The floors could use a good mopping, but I'm totally willing to overlook that because the service is great.
