I had an exceptional experience today. I had purchased a new logitech mouse to replace one that stopped working. I couldn't get it to work so I brought computer, keyboard and mouse to this store. Fortuantely I met ANDY LOTERMAN. Andy is on the maangement team here and does their tech support as well as anything else they ask him to do. He just took control. It required several steps including downloading a program that will help with problems in the future. His expertise was impressive. Thank you Office Depot for having such an expert available to help your customers. read more

I came here hoping to get some help with a banner. I ordered a standing banner back in September with an Office Depot two hours away because that's the area I was currently at for the day. The people there were SO HELPFUL. I thought coming to this OFFICE DEPOT I would receive the same help. I couldn't even fully explain what I needed help with before the guy began opening his mouth to tell me what he COULDN'T do. I hadn't even fully explained the situation. So in my head I'm thinking, "how could you not be able to assist me if I haven't told you what I needed?" Sometimes the power of LISTENING can go a long way rather than opening up our mouths which is a lesson to be learned. I rather drive two hours to get GREAT service than to come back here which is only 6 minutes from my house and receive rude service. I'll get what I need elsewhere. #Won'tBeBack read more

This review is for the print shop services at Office Max. I've had a number of jobs printed at this location, ranging from a couple of black and white pages to a large poster for my wedding. The employees that work at the printer counter are typically helpful and polite, if not friendly. For black and white printing on standard 8.5 x 11 paper, I just bring in a flash drive and it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get through printing and check out. My most recent job was about 300 pages long, and I paid just under $35. Not bad! The only hiccup I've had here was when I had the poster printed and mounted on foam board. I dropped off the flash drive and was told to pick up the poster later that day. When I came back, however, the employee at the counter (a different one than previously) told me that the first poster someone created had been poorly made and showed it to me. It had creases and wrinkles all over! Yikes. Not what I ordered. "I just can't imagine giving this to someone to use for their wedding!" she said, and made me a new one while I waited. While ideally I would have picked up my poster when I first arrived back, I truly appreciated this employee's conscientiousness in dealing with the situation. She could have handed over the first poster, I could have made a scene, it could have gotten ugly. Instead she saw the error, alerted me, and immediately made it right without my having to ask. Good on you, Office Max. read more

I needed to print some papers for my small business and decided to try Office Depot. I called ahead to make sure they would be able to print it exactly as I needed. When it was my turn to speak with the associate about printing he cut me off while I was talking and came off quite rude. He told me he probably wouldn't be able to resize my images as I had explained to him and said that another associate who was helping a customer may be able to do this. I said I could wait, as it's 23 degrees out and I'm with my one year old. I begin to look around the store. He then find me and asks if I can come back as it may take awhile. I let him know that I'm not coming back once I leave. He walks off. About 15-20 minutes later he get the attention of the associate he was talking about that may be able to assist. He tells her that I want my image on a 3x5 post card. She walks off and after a few minutes I explain to her that there has been a miscommunication. I want my images resized to 3x5 on regular cardstock. She then tells me the associate that can do that won't be here until 1pm and they would charged for the resizing of the image. I'm upset because 1. I called ahead to see if they could do this, 2. Nothing was explained until I spoke with the last associate, 3. I wasted my time and wasn't able to get anything done. Don't waste your time here. You won't get it back and they'll probably inform you that whatever you need done will have an extra charge once they find someone who can actually do it. read more

No wonder they're almost out of business. Displays on self but not in stock. Funny it's the things on sale. Save your time. Go elsewhere

I have done two print jobs at this location and so far, super bad... a number of different problems always. Just made me drive severl times and loose my time. Won't send anything to this location again. The only good thing is one of the girls who tried to fix my problem and she was very nice, she's pretty much it the reason of the two stars. read more

I took paper I bought online here to get it cut down to specific sizes. The cuts were sloppy, none of the pieces of paper matched in size and an entire ream of paper was wasted. Do not trust their inept service department with anything regarding your business. When I commented on the quality of work I was told "well it's not a magic cutter". read more
