The employees that work at the printer counter are typically helpful and polite, if not friendly. For black and white printing on standard 8.5 x 11 paper, I just bring in a flash drive and it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get through printing and check out. My most recent job was about 300 pages long, and I paid just under $35. Not bad! The only hiccup I've had here was when I had the poster printed and mounted on foam board. I dropped off the flash drive and was told to pick up the poster later that day. When I came back, however, the employee at the counter (a different one than previously) told me that the first poster someone created had been poorly made and showed it to me. It had creases and wrinkles all over! Yikes. Not what I ordered. "I just can't imagine giving this to someone to use for their wedding!" she said, and made me a new one while I waited. While ideally I would have picked up my poster when I first arrived back, I truly appreciated this employee's conscientiousness in dealing with the situation. She could have handed over the first poster, I could have made a scene, it could have gotten ugly. Instead she saw the error, alerted me, and immediately made it right without my having to ask. Good on you, Office Max.

Andy is on the maangement team here and does their tech support as well as anything else they ask him to do. He just took control. It required several steps including downloading a program that will help with problems in the future. His expertise was impressive. This location is no different, with the usual assortment of products and a copy department. I wasn't exactly stunned by the high prices or the discounted sale prices. It was interesting to find that they had free WiFi available within the store. The staff was friendly but I left the store empty handed.

So, you try to explain what it's doing, send them videos of what it's doing numerous times only to not get any response from them. We went back to Best Buy and spoke with 3 different 'managers' who basically said there was nothing they could do, that we have to go through the manufacturer. So, tip number one NEVER EVER BUY A TCL!!!! Number two, don't expect to get anything resolved with Best Buy cause they definitely DO NOT stand behind their products! At least at this store!!

Talked with the store manager and he said he'd put in for a claim as it didn't make sense as there was no weather delay. Well the claim got rejected due to weather in Kentucky. Corporate UPS customer service is a joke. This is like them saying they couldn't deliver from Cincy to Cleveland because there was a storm in California. UPS isn't responsible for weather delays. Best say a prayer if you use UPS as they don't honor their word.

Their customer service team has always been friendly and the store never seems crowded or messy and I love that. So, yesterday I had an issue with an item that I ordered online for shipment. I ordered an "open box" item that did not arrive as described and was missing items. After spending a frustrating 20 minutes on the phone with their "customer service" representative who did not know anything about Open Box or the different levels of conditions, I decided to head over to the store itself to try my luck. What a great experience! The second I started to explain that I ordered an item at their best condition level and they sent one two levels lower, two associates were horrified and immediately took action to resolve the issue. I was in and out of the store in ten minutes and completely satisfied. Once again, Best Buy's in store customer service saved the day!

So the follow up from BestBuy…read more....... They will provide no support of any kind as the item was beyond their 14 day return period! Understand what this means....... We purchased this item as a gift and was immediately wrapped as such. It wasn't opened by the recipient until beyond 14 days meaning BestBuy will not support in anyway. Please learn from our misfortune and buy elsewhere! Your hard earned dollars deserve better after sale support. Considering Crutchfield would be one suggestion.
