Their bathrooms are always clean (as well as the whole store in general), their staff knowledgeable, and in my many experiences returning things I buy online I've never had an issue nor have never had to wait more than 5min in line. BUYER BEWARE! I rated 1 star because 0 was not an option! On 6/5/24 Target was running a promotion offering $15 gift cards for every 2 pkgs of Pamper diapers. We purchased diapers warranting 4 gift cards: 3 for $15 each and 1 $10. When checking our credit card statement, we saw that we were charged for each "gift card". I was on the phone with a Target supervisor customer service rep who was trying hard to justify the charges. As a consumer I am highly insulted by such DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING/BAIT AND SWITCH. "I never met a Target I didn't like." As with so many other Cincinnati area locations, this store has changed to include the Fresh Grocery part of the store, which is quite good, and nearly nullifies your need to go anywhere else. Target has better products at slightly higher prices than Walmart but you don't have to worry nearly as much that the products you buy will break (or end up in a recall) when they're from Target. I can't say that I shop for everything at Target because they just aren't big enough, and there doesn't seem to be a Super Target in Ohio, for whatever reason, so they have to conserve space to those things most people will find appealing. I wasn't sure about this location, but there are a number of stores scattered throughout the area, and I'm sure more than a few people will find their way to this Target. The shopping center isn't that big that you can't walk from one end to the other but with Target, Costco, and Barnes & Noble in the same shopping center, it seems reasonably complete. read more

Not a bad Target. If I had one complaint it would be that the parking lot is overly congested and hard to get around. The whole plaza is pretty rough, but there always seems to be the most people around this Target. Kind of annoying. Anywho, this seems to be an older Target that was transformed into a modern day Target with the grocery area and all. Older Targets have a distinct dated look to them, somewhat comforting yet somewhat..stale? Everything's A-OK here though. Usual Target inventory and pricing. I have learned that I can't get out of Target without spending $100.00! This location has a great dollar spot once you enter the building. This is an area featuring dollar items based on the season - lots of knick-knacks, decorations, kid items, etc. Most items are $1.00, but they offer some items in this section for $1, $3, or $5. I have found some great deals on decorations, school supplies, and even an adorable blanket scarf! Watch this section, as it changes often. This store offers great selections on boys, girls, women's, and men's clothing. In fact, if you watch their prices, you can usually get something on clearance and not even pay full price. They have just added some new collections clothes-wise, and they are adorable! The prices are not quite boutique prices -- but I try to watch their items to wait for them to go on sale to save money. This store is a great option for everyone in the family, offering groceries to greeting cards, make-up to medicine, and shoes and clothes for the entire family. They always have options for the current season with lots of decorations and holiday items. Hungry while you shop? This is the worst experience in a Target I've ever had. I gave it repeat chances and every single time they have failed. The shelves are half empty and there is product all over the floors. I asked a staff member if they were going out of business as a legitimate question to the lack of product available and she told me no, but I could just shop online. This is my fave Target in greater Cincy. It is consistently clean, organized, and stocked. I don't think I've ever gone to purchase something and found they were out of it, even sale items. Good deals on their clearance racks and end caps too. Starbucks is located inside, albeit slow, never gotten a bad tasting drink. Only negative is I often have to nicely remind cashiers to apply bag discount which is usually met with "attitude". read more

We used Target Drive Up today for the first time. It was quick, easy, and efficient. They ask for 2 hours to get the order ready but I got a notification that it was ready in a half hour. We let them know through the app when we were on our way and what kind of car we were driving. As we were pulling in I clicked in the app that we had arrived and not even 30 seconds later a happy Target employee was at our car with our order! Will definitely use this again! This store is a pretty good place to shop if you want cheap toys and clothes. I highly recommend the toys section for your kids. There is unlimited amount of toys in target. This is NOT for the actual department store or it's employee's but for the Starbucks that is inside. This is hands down the worse Starbucks that I have ever been to. I am more mad at myself for visiting it again. There is a female that works there and I believe her name is Katherine, Katie or something like that. She never has a smile on her face and every time that I have been there she is ALWAYS bitching about other employees and management. Her lattes and machiatto's are HORRIBLE! She treats you like you are wasting her time. I am shocked that she and another young lady talked smack the whole time that I was there about the management. My Mom and I were the only ones waiting and it took 8 minutes for two lattes. When the drinks were done, they were set on the counter and then she turned her back to us to talk to another employee that had walked up. If I had more time, I would have let the management know about the dark cloud that they have over there. There is only one star b/c you have to pick at least one. Side Note: If I was rating the actual employee's of the department store- I would give them a 5 star rating. We are stopped all the time asking if we need help and I have not met one cashier that I have not like yet. read more

Nice Target store the staff is friendly and the location is convient. I like the fact that they have a Starbucks inside this place. The place has very good aspects of a Wal-Mart but to its own kind. The Starbucks and Pizza Hut express is a good added addition. The restrooms are always clean and the movie selection here is nice. The clothing selection is always nice as well. I also like how the holiday selection is always early so you can get a head start on it. read more

I love Target. Its a dangerous store for me. I always come out with more than I planned. This store is nice, clean, and I really like the new layout. My only complaint with Target has been that advertised sale items disappeared too quickly but that seems to be changing. And the staff could be friendlier and less morose but you can't have everything. I thought the grocery section would be too much and in the beginning there were issues with spoiled food in the cases, etc. But they reorganized, redesigned and its much better. I, like 90% of America, was looking for the Talking Chewie Mask. The website showed on in stock at the Fields Ertel store. Not sure if the website may not update in real time, and wanting to surprise my son, I thought I'd try my luck and headed to Target. I didn't see any masks on the shelf, but since the website did say there was one in stock. I asked Jon, the guy at the electronics desk, about it. He needs to start a School of Customer Service. He confirmed that the website doesn't update in real time. Then, he went and rechecked the shelves for me, just in case I missed it. He didn't stop there. He took me up to Customer Service and looked through the carts holding the items found in the wrong place in the store waiting to be restocked. Still, he wasn't done. He then checked to see when the next shipment was due to arrive and suggested I keep checking the website. Thank you Jon, for all of your help! read more

Worst Starbucks ever! Not that busy & 30 min wait for 2 hot chocolates that were more whipped cream than cocoa. Never again.

I continue to shop at this location because of the good prices, however, when I find something I like for my daughter in the girls department often they do not have the size I need. I checked a few times for a shirt I liked but apparently it has not been restocked or ever will. Though I shop at Target for girls clothing I do not recommend it for adult clothing due to the lack of quality, style and selection. This location is adequate in all other departments. read more
