It seems legitimately old and worn, if its a reproduction someone has some serious skills. I read that a lot of items come from Asia (I saw a lot from India) and apparently they have buyers that just go out and look for this type of eclectic furniture in bulk and one offs. Rugs are some of the best deals I have seen (good quality and good price). If you need a piece to really stand out (and no one else has) this is the place to go! The store is very organized and everything is conveniently in one place, which makes browsing enjoyable and efficient. This shop exceeded all expectations of the amount of quality items that they had on hand. They had tables, hutches, buffets, floor length mirrors, seating options that are specially crafted and one of a kind. The only downside is since the items are unique you really have to make an impulse decision to buy because it may not be there the next time you stop in. Also, make sure you have measurements for any area that you are looking to buy furniture for as they don't accept returns. For your convenience, they have little measuring tapes, notepads, and pens for you to use. They will store items here for future pick-ups; just in case you splurged on something you didn't need (We've all been there, am I right?). Make sure to follow them on social media. They usually post about new items and you can check to see if that coffee table you want is still available.

I bought a full mattress set at the Springdale location at the very beginning of August, and got a…read morepretty good deal. I went to check out and was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks. Ouch. But, I don't have the means to pick it up myself and the delivery fee was more than reasonable, so I was fine. The sales team on the floor was very nice and helpful as well. However, it was my understanding (from online and the document given to me after purchasing) that you would schedule your delivery date with the customer service rep WHEN you purchased the item. When I asked this, they said a rep would call me and schedule it soon. Okay, fine, whatever. After 2 weeks of nothing, I called the customer service hotline myself and was told they would be calling me soon. 4 days after that, I missed the call while I was in class and left multiple voicemails. They finally contacted me on the 3 week mark to schedule my delivery day, when I was told it would be delivered by 3 weeks. Didn't even give me the delivery time window, they called back the next day to tell me that. I can understand that sometimes things get busy, but this was borderline ridiculous. I felt completely at the mercy of this company waiting almost 4 weeks for a mattress, and any customer service was a hassle to get a hold of. The mattress set is fine (some strings hanging off), but I don't think it was worth the wait time or headaches. If I could have cancelled this order 3 weeks ago, I would have in a heartbeat (but there would have been no refund, of course). I do not recommend getting delivery services from this establishment.

I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered. After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck. Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby! I am honestly so pleased with the sectional, the options they had available, the value and most importantly the customer service. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have truly won me over as a customer for life.
