Usually a fairly good selection of heavily discounted items. I love stopping by and checking out the new selections.

(There are a few locations in Cincinnati but this one is new!). It is located right next to Old Navy and in the old Barnes & Noble bookstore location. They have some great things there! If you are looking for some namebrand items at a lower price, check this place out! I know I tend to go to TJ Maxx or Marshall's if I am looking for some good deals, but I feel like Ross also offers some great deals that may get overlooked. Remember when that sequin wrap dress went viral? Customers were saying they found it at Aldi for like $14? The same day, I found almost an identical dress at Ross for about $14. It was a beautiful cocktail dress that was flattering for a larger figure. Not to mention, I found some neat dresses and pant suits right after the holidays. I don't mind stocking up if they're less than $15! I also got some winter Calvin Klein sheets that were selling for $80, but I got it for $20. They also had some nice wooden organizational bins that I have seen for way more than the price listed. The store itself is not beautifully laid out nor does it make you feel like you were in a boutique setting, but if you are looking for a good deals and don't want to pay a lot of money, check them out. I did talk to the manager, and she said they get 4 to 5 shipments of new items each week. Bonus: on Tuesdays, seniors get a discount!

I'm willing to put up with shopping at a filthy, unorganized store such as this, in hopes of finding some bargains... BUT, when the bare minimum customer service doesn't exist, that's where I draw the line.... I walk in tonight and I'm 3rd in line. One cashier (a young man) is the only one checking people out, while the two girls standing behind him loudly bicker back and forth for about 10 min about who was charge based on their title. I stared at them unsure if they were fighting or what. Apparently they were just kidding with each other and perhaps thought it was funny to completely ignore the people in line while the poor new kid did all the work. It's almost my turn, and one girl finally says to the other "can you check her out" and I step up, I told them both that whatever that was, was very unprofessional. It's all that I said. Her response??? "Sorry but he's training".... I'M SORRY WHAT?!?! 1) What does training have to do with the fact that you are both yelling behind the cash wrap? 2) If you're waiting on my turn, given that I have a return to show the new hire how to process it, then communicate that to me! I don't mind waiting if someone is truly apologetic and takes a second to acknowledge that I'm standing there. If I were that new hire, I'd never come back. My issue wasn't having to wait in line, my issue was their inconsiderate behavior and lack of respect and acknowledgement, and it needs addressed. A simple "hi", "I'll be right with you", or "thank you for your patience" goes a longgggg way!!!

Albeit pricey, the White House Black Market is an interesting shopping adventure that we visit when…read morewe find them. The two ladies we met today were very pleasant and are typical of the quality service we always seem to get from WHBM. Perhaps the only exception: PRO TIP: This is not the location I would recommend to pick up something ordered on-line. They don't receive a commission on these items and are aggravated with the practice. The only blemish on their customer service image would be to not purchase an item directly from the boutique. You may not want to mention you found their store by using Yelp. One of the ladies believes it to be a tool to sabotage small businesses. Unfortunately, I think my attempt to repair her thought process was a failure. It was also a bit of a drag when I learned that there is no public restroom. In other WHBM stores, an associate will escort you to the "employee only" bathroom. Especially if it's urgent and they know you don't make it a habit. No biggie. I went next door and ended up finding something really cool that was on sale. So, win-win. We found a couple of nice accessories that didn't break the bank, so success to us! 05/22

I pretty much just tried on everything he gave me. Basically, he made an AWESOME personal shopper. I felt like everything he gave me not only fit well, but looked good. It was a matter of me filtering down to the "one" outfit that would work for the wedding. Amy also jumped in with some suggestions and accessory ideas as well which provided some additional flair! I love their clothing, their accessories...and ESPECIALLY their customer service. They are truly the best when it comes to helping you find something specific. Truly, if I had done my own "perusing," I would NOT have found the amount of options that he found for me, nonetheless given a thought to some of the items he picked out that actually looked really good! I have had other experiences at other WHBM stores where the customer service is outstanding at helping you find something to wear for events. But seriously, you'll want to hit up the Deerfield Town Center location some time if you are on a mission. They will TOTALLY help you out. They are my go-to for "on mission" outfits!
