Online it said they were open till 9:30pm everyday and so went in at 8 and an employee said they close in a couple minutes. the employees were pretty rude. As i walked out i decided I didn't want to buy the item I had anymore and the lady walks by me and says they're closed and she was very very rude! I was just trying to give her something so i could get out. They really need to do better!! Customer service was absolute crap!

This T.J. Maxx location is located inside of a building that also holds a Michael's, HomeGoods and Marshalls. Even though T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and Marshalls are owned by the same conglomerate, these three locations, in the same building, manage to have quite a bit of different merchandise/ different brands of merchandise. Out of the three stores, the T.J. Maxx is repeatedly the cleanest and most organized. When it come to winter holidays, there is a wide selection of holiday items. A large area in the center of the store was dedicated to holiday items and gift ideas through December 24th. That is on top of the gift items they have throughout the store. Clothing selection for children is larger than some other locations. There is a fairly diverse selection of brands. Located around the outside walls of the section are toys. Better deals on toys may be found elsewhere. Cashiers have a tendency to be friendly. It was fairly early in the morning during my first visit. As I approached the front of the line the cashiers were both finishing up with their customers. Both cashiers chatted with my youngest child while ringing me up. It has been slow during my subsequent visits. I have yet to see more than two people in line on any given weekday.

Nice open floor plan. No overcrowding in this store!

The person working at BlueMercury was very disgruntled that I asked for a sample of foundation, even after explaining I have very sensitive skin. They also applied my blush in quite an unflattering way. Dude was pushing for a sale, but the sample broke me out when I got home so... You want better attention than Sephora, you'll get it here. You want a worse attitude? You'll also get it here. On a difference visit, after scouring several departments to ask a question, a Macy's employee was walking my direction finally. The convo basically went like this: "Excuse me, miss?" Angrily she says, "I can't help you, can't you see I'm with a customer?" (No one else around but her and I) "I was just looking for the pajamas?" Her manner and tone were the rudest I've ever experienced. If I was a Karen, I would have cared enough to get her fired. I just had a question that took a few seconds! The bright spot of this Macys is the baristas at the Starbucks. They were hilarious and kept it real. They hooked a girl up! So, if you find yourself lost in this Macys, grab yourself a latte and leave!

Usually just run into on accident and make it look like it was intentional, but I had no clue it was there. The aisles are clean and the service is good. The people who haven't been replaced by AI and bots who work there (if you can find them) which is a whole journey in itself help a lot. Once I've hunted them down they are very nice and knowledgeable on how to find the things I'm looking for in the clothing and more jungle called Macy's. However, I love that Macy's has everything and I value what they provide. Would highly recommend shopping at Macy's.

I've only been here once and in the middle of the week, so I'm sure my experience here was a bit…read moremore chill than that of your typical weekend mall warrior, but it was a good experience overall. They had your typical mall establishments like A&F, Bath & Body, Macy's, Nordstrom, Apple, etc., but I was also pleasantly surprised to find a few stores that I know to be a bit more "rare," like a Capital One Cafe and Free People and some really high-end stores like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. While I didn't eat, the food hall was pretty big and included options like Chipotle, Chick- Fil -A, and Sbarro. You could also find the mall snack staples like Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. It is two floors with a somewhat awkward layout, so the directories scattered throughout were helpful. The bathroom I went to wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't terrible. There's seven different entrances, plenty of parking surrounding it including a parking garage, and there was security present. I would chalk this mall up to being rather typical.
