I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.

I did find a few pajama sets and a couple of other things before we needed to tend to my daughter's nose bleed. The staff member who helped us came by and inquired if she was 'ok'. Grateful for the helpful and kind staff at this store!

See, to shore up funds for a pre-order, I tried to sell a few things for some pocket money (because we know how consignment stores work) and I didn't really get anywhere with it . Apparently, they won't buy dolls without clothes, which completely ignores that the kids will redress them anyways, while selling toys that are either missing pieces or beat to hell, matter-of-fact, one of the toys I've seen was practically broken, with one being a dollhouse that has a broken elevator being sold for $18. They passed one of the items that I attempted to sell but I wasn't given a reason why. All this isn't getting into how they lowball your items and the owner's response was especially unhelpful. If you have some baby items and toys that need a new home, I'd suggest donating them to charities. Need some extra funds? I suggest selling on Marketplace, Letgo, Depop, Poshmark, or eBay, NOT at Once Upon a Child. Fairly negative experience and I don't see myself selling here again.

I'm also not interested in spending $150 on 2-3 pieces that my daughter will only wear for like 2-3 months because she grew out of it. I like the best bang for my buck. I don't mind spending extra for pictures because it's a memory I will have forever and it's not often I'm spending $200 on 5 articles of clothing she'll grow out of. There was a drawing table, books and plenty of activity space to keep them busy. What a cool place! Where was this store when I was a kid? He was told that they would not issue a credit because the tag was removed (eventhough it was in the bag). At the time of purchase I had asked about the return policy and was only told of the 30 days. No one pointed out that the entire policy was on the receipt in very small print. Iwas very upset about this. My husband did not take no for an answer. He stood outside the store and finally the 'manager' came out and said he would give him the credit. We will not ever purchase this brand again. It was way over priced at $128.00 but I thought it was worth it. I do not feel that way anymore.
