While in town, I visited the I Love Cincinnati shoppe to pick up a few souvenirs. This is definitely the place to go as they sell all types of souvenirs and apparel. You can find a lot of local sports team merch here too. I picked up a couple of magnets and a WKRP sticker. For those not in the know, WKRP used to be an old sitcom from the late 70's-80's about a radio station in Cincinnati. The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the historic art deco style Carew Tower. This tower is also home to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland. The interior although grand was sparsely occupied by businesses. Ghost town vibes for sure however the grand architecture within the building is worth walking around in. The only difficulty we had was finding parking. This shop is in the downtown area and parking spaces are hard to come by. My husband ended up driving around and picked me up when I finished shopping. read more

My hubs dropped me and my son off at what looked like an abandoned mall. As we walked around I joked how it was like dawn of the dead, my son did not get the reference and wondered what we were doing. No signs, nothing, just abandoned space, you keep walking and then you're like well should we try going up these stairs? We finally found someone and asked how to find the gift shop. Up more stairs! So we went and it was really hot up there. I see another review from 2022 about it being hot so I guess they never did fix that AC :P anyway the guy was nice who worked there, friendly and I felt bad he has to sit in that hot store all day. We got our stuff and left. The little expedition made me think to just grab stuff in the airport on our way home from now on :P It's not only Cincinnati but lots of towns it can be hard to find a shop like this. read more

The dude running the store is super friendly and it was a nice little shop. A solid selection of Ohio-themed souvenirs

Tons of items to choose from!! The guy working the counter was really friendly and helped us find a few things and everything is fairly priced for souvenirs! read more

I was in town for four days for a convention, and one my travel traditions is buying a Christmas ornament. I usually like to buy custom ornaments, but was busy with convention and not able to shop. Although the souvenirs in the I Love Cincinnati shop are pretty typical tourist items, they are good quality, especially for last-minute needs or "traditions". If you're looking for handmade crafts, they do not sell those. This store had a good selection of souvenirs like ornaments, mugs, shot glasses, t-shirts, and hoodies. They have Ohio State and Reds merchandise, as well as sodas and snacks. The gentleman running the store gave us tips for exploring Cincinnati. I recommend this souvenir shop for anyone staying in Downtown Cincinnati. It's very convenient if you're staying in the Westin or Hilton Hotels. read more

This store was disappointing. It may have been that there was no air conditioning on a 90+ degree day or that the guy at the desk was unenthusiastic or that the t-shirt I wanted was only available in small or 3xl, or that the sweatshirt my daughter wanted was $70. I saved money buying myself nothing, I bought my daughter her #2 pick for $35, and I got the hat my son wanted. Shopping done. read more

Hard to find. It's on the second floor above chase and subway. Anything you could dream souvenir-wise they had it. The guy that ran the shop was very kind and welcoming. read more

The only souvenir shop in town basically. Has enough of a selection for your souvenir needs! The man that was in was very friendly and helpful. Just a heads up for those that aren't from town (duh) it's INSIDE the hotel/mall and not a store front on the road. Just follow your Google maps and go inside the building and you'll find it on the second floor! read more

Awesome little shop. We were staying at the Millennium last week. My fiance is a huge fan of "WKRP in Cincinnati" and when I was planning to stop in The Nati for my bachelor party it was her only point of reference to this awesome city. I really want to get her a "WKRP in Cincinnati" something or other and found this spot on Yelp. It was a bit confusing to find (it's on the second floor and I was pretty hungover and fuzzy brained if were gonna be completely honest) but once there it was a treasure chest of Cincinnati related goods. Got my "WKRP in Cincinnati" coffe mug for HH, plus stocked up on some Bengals tailgate supplies for that evening as well as some decals and what not. Dude working the till was as friendly as it gets. Oh, and he suggested the coffee shop next door which is fantastic as well. read more

I stopped in while on a recent trip home to grab a Bengals shirt to rep my hometown pride. I've never been one to wear jerseys, but after moving away from home & into "foreign territory" I needed SOMETHING that screamed WHO DEY for me. I've known about this store forever, but always thought of it as a spot for tourists. It's actually a great store for anyone looking for something uniquely Cincinnati. They carry Bengals, Reds, UC, Xavier, and general Cincinnati merchandise. They even have Cincinnati chili mix! The manager was very helpful & is a great salesman. I walked out with way more than a Bengals shirt, but it's worth it to rep the Queen City! Their return policy online is a little strict, I've never been a fan of a place that charges restocking fees, especially for such a small store, so be sure you want the items if you're ordering online. read more

I was incredibly disappointed by my visit last week. With friends and family all requesting souvenirs, I read reviews online and thought it would be perfect to stop by your shop while visiting on business. My first problem was that your shop is only open until 6 on weekdays. Given that my course didn't end until 6, I didn't think I would get a chance to visit it. But then I caught a break - on Friday we were let out early. I quickly dashed over to your store thinking I had time before my flight in the evening. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying "back at 3:25". I figured I would do a quick look around Macy's and come back. So I was back around 3:30 and the sign was still up but the doors were still locked. Well, I parked myself in front of your doors from 3:30 to 4:15 and NO ONE CAME!!!!! Finally I gave up - I had to rush to catch my flight so I could not wait anymore. I was livid that I had wasted almost an hour of my time waiting for your store to open. I understand that people have to take breaks but I am BEGGING you, if your sign says you will be back at a certain time, BE BACK. Had the sign said you would be back at 4:30, I could have made other plans to find souvenirs elsewhere but no, you or your employers can't tell time so I end up wasting my time. There were numerous other shoppers looking to get in your store so I guarantee you not only lost sales from me, but also from them and from other people I have told. read more

I visited this store to pick up some Cincinnati souvenirs during my trip to Cincinnati. I bought multiple postcards, a Reds souvenir ball, pen, and pencil. The store was neat and clean but their air conditioner was broken. I really liked this store as it was one of the only Cincinnati stores I could find. read more

The I Love Cincinnati Shoppe is one of the best stores in the Tower Place Mall, and that's mostly because it's all about Cincinnati. They have all kinds of Cincinnati-style gifts and souvenirs in the Skywalk-Level store, but it's probably more for the Cincinnatian than an out-of-town tourist staying here in the Queen City. While the store has plenty of Cincinnati souvenirs such as clothing, books, postcards, mugs, and framed photos, much of the shop(pe) is dedicated to college and pro team sportswear and memorabilia. There are a lot of great Reds, Bengals, Bearcats, and Xavier items, including the new UC football jerseys, which shows that they sell new items and are up to date with their merchandise. Aside from the sports clothing, there are plenty of little Bengals/Reds/Bearcats/Musketeers gift items like mugs and magnets, while there is also a collection of sports memorabilia (some signed and not entirely limited to Cincinnati teams and athletes). One of the neat memorabilia items they have is a 30x50 framed photograph of the last pitch at Crosley Field. I Love Cincinnati also sells Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky-related items too, including framed historic photos and art. In the spring time they have Flying Pig Marathon merchandise, while the store even sells WKRP Cincinnati t-shirts and has free local brochures and pamphlets as well. Overall, I think the I Love Cincinnati Shoppe is a cool store, but I'm not sure how busy they get, and not just because the Tower Place Mall isn't a shopping hot spot. I think they have a ton of cool items in the store, but being from Cincinnati I know that you can find many of the same items at other stores throughout the city. If you are visitor to the city, meanwhile, chances are you can find a little something to buy, but I still feel like most of the items are more geared to people who "Love Cincinnati." That of course, usually means Cincinnatians themselves, but at the very least it's a fun place through which to browse. read more

I Love Cincinnati Shoppe - Gift Shops Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Looking for a photo of the Cincinnati skyline for a Christmas gift, we were directed to this store in Tower Mall. Since I now live in Denver, I took extra time to browse all of the UC, Bengals, Cincinnati paraphernalia. This store sells tshirts, jerseys, baby gifts, magnets, glasses, photos, books - you name it, he has it! - for UC, OSU, OU, Bengals, Reds and other Ohio teams (Clippers, for example). Prices were very reasonable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We walked out with the skyline photo we came in for and a boatload of other Cincinnati stuff to bring back to Denver. For any of your Cincinnati product or gift needs, this is the place to go! read more

This place is great. These are not cheap, crappy trinkets, but really high-quality mementoes and Cincinnati-related gifts. I'm really picky about clothes, and I've bought several awesome American Apparel shirts from this store. The gentleman who is always there when I visit is really friendly and takes the time to ask what you're looking for, and then makes great suggestions. Prices are fair, especially given the high quality of the items. read more

I really enjoyed all the choices I had for my souvenirs. I inherited a Thimble Collection and I can't tell you how hard to find thimbles now a days. They had lots of Ohio thimbles and a colorful collection of all 50 states to choose from. I got to pick up a few from states I couldn't find any while traveling there. It made my day. We also learned of Fiona , the hippo and decided to support her buy purchasing a t-shirt. We couldn't have experienced better service from the staff. The guy that helped was up-beat, friendly and very informative. It was a pleasure to shop there. Check it out. They had a big selection of items to choose from. read more

Stopped by this store after visiting the observation deck at the carew tower. To my surprise they had a wide selections of items including a lot of cute Cincinnati and Ohio t-shirts and sweatshirts as well as lots of sports items for local teams. I really loved the shop I Love Cincinatti. My friends and I were on a tour with our band from Cleveland and we stumbled into it while exploring. It's a great shop for tourists. As it's name suggests it has the classic shirts, hats, keychains and postcards for souvenirs . It also has interesting and unique items. Cincinnati history, funny and unusual t-shirts, variety of other merchandise to suit practically anyone. The highlight of the visit was the owner himself. He was very helpful and cool, and was also friendly. The service he offered was beyond what I'd expected and really made my day. If you're in the area, looking for a cool shop to buy souvenirs from, or just looking for a cool place to browse I'd recommend this shop. I try not to give out five-star ratings when I'm reviewing anything, but I Love Cincinatti really made my day. read more
