They have a good variety of brands for great set prices as some designer finds that are individually priced. They carry a range of sizes, but I did find a little less selection in the small ranges on the day I was there. I'll definitely go back, especially when they have another sale.

The store is not big and is definately more focused on dressier items (there were maybe 3 pairs of jeans). I bought 3 blouses and 4 sweaters for $30, you can't beat that! They take both cash and credit. The employees were friendly and parking super easy. Plug the address in your GPS, as it's little tricky to find behind the strip mall. I'll be back for sure.

Open doorways weave in and out of the dividing wall, allowing customers to float freely from continent to continent... er... section to section. Beautiful, plush scarves caught my eye, as well as some of the old writing table decorations. One room in the back was filled with an assortment of accessories, like jewelry, hair barrettes, and hats. Incredibly well organized, this shop is like strolling through a fashion museum. Prices were a little higher than expected, and although there were two salesladies in the store, neither of them acknowledged that I was there. That bumped Vintage Marketplace down to three stars. I'd still stop back for a browse though. The window display changes frequently (and, in my opinion, is the most elaborate in Hyde Park), so something new will likely draw me in again.

Although I did find out that they were getting ready to have a nice clearance sale to send out the spring/summer clothes and transition to fall/winter. The last day of the sale they actually did a bag sale. I made it in on one of the sale days and bought some nice clothing at a more reasonable price. They also had some decor items. The store is fairly small but they packed it full of good shopping. I also found a pair of shoes that I liked. I actually paid more for them than I would have liked but they were unique. I am sure I will stop in again. I may make it when they are transitioning over to spring to pickup some deals on winter clothes.

Prices are outrageous for used clothing, especially when the brands aren't high end. But I did find the employees bickering with each other over how to set up their ring light and technology so they could go live on Facebook and sell virtually. This should not be done during store hours, or should be done in a backroom where customers who are physically in the store aren't treated like second class citizens to your Facebook lives. Clothes were packed heavy on racks, so I can't imagine they get much business on the sales side.
