I decided to pass on it then because I just couldn't justify the $134 for a dress that wasn't for a special occasion. Well, I found it here for $29.99! I couldn't believe my luck or the price!

But this one is brand spankin new, extremely clean, well organized, fully stocked..it is a pretty impressive store all together. Like other Burlington's, this location is well stocked in discounted merchandise ranging from designer clothing to small appliances and house decor. If you have the time to sort through everything you can walk out of here with some amazing deals. I'm also happy that Burlington swooped in took up this recently vacated location because they're really doing so much to try to build up this area, and empty storefronts look awful. The company is based in West Virginia and have populated their near-by states with these stores. The clothing is really hit or miss. I've found some really great items here for 10 dollars or less, but you really have to sift through a lot of crap to find it. They have a great selection of sleep wear and lingerie as well as bras and underwear. The sizes however tend to be limited. Often I find something I really like it it ends up being a XXXL and I get sad and give up. I love coming here for their housewares section. I've populated my kitchen with glassware, hand towels, soap, cutting boards, and accessories that I found here for super cheap. It's the best place to go to look for something for your kitchen. If they don't have it, check back because their stock is always changing. Beware of this location's credit card system however. I was there today and the system was down. A lot of customers left not getting to buy what they had selected. Luckily I had cash. They really should have made an announcement to the people shopping to let them know before they spend an hour picking out stuff for no reason. The selection was ok, although some sections seemed kind of empty. Parking is easy right out front. Despite that I was able to do a quick in and out during a quieter time of day. My coupon was not working and the manager was nice enough to make sure it applied to my order. If you're not familiar with Big Lots, it is a discount store, that offers many products from home furnishings, to decor, homegoods, food, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, and more. I find what they excel in is seasonal items. Make sure to watch for sales or coupons (obtained as a free rewards member) as that is the only time their prices are comparable. Full price items are not usually competitive.

I also got an Asian strainer for taking the seitan out of the boiling cooking liquid. It was like $2 or something. How much do those things normally cost? I don't know. $2 is pretty cheap, though. I can't wait to make seitan again. I also got a pair of kitchen shears for cutting seitan into little cutlets. I think they were $2 or $3. That's not very much money. There was a glass pitcher for water, only $5. I didn't buy it because it's not too much for me to get up and refill my glass from the tap, but I thought about getting it. My brother spent $45 and got a curtain rod, curtains, and something else. I don't remember the other thing he bought, but it wasn't the plant stand, which he put back. I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.
