I've only been here once and in the middle of the week, so I'm sure my experience here was a bit more chill than that of your typical weekend mall warrior, but it was a good experience overall. They had your typical mall establishments like A&F, Bath & Body, Macy's, Nordstrom, Apple, etc., but I was also pleasantly surprised to find a few stores that I know to be a bit more "rare," like a Capital One Cafe and Free People and some really high-end stores like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. While I didn't eat, the food hall was pretty big and included options like Chipotle, Chick- Fil -A, and Sbarro. You could also find the mall snack staples like Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. It is two floors with a somewhat awkward layout, so the directories scattered throughout were helpful. The bathroom I went to wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't terrible. There's seven different entrances, plenty of parking surrounding it including a parking garage, and there was security present. I would chalk this mall up to being rather typical. read more

Haven't been here for more than a year, coming back, seems not much changed. Still very popular among visitors, and the people walking here dressed much better than you see in other shopping malls. It has several department stores as well as individual branded store. Whatever you are looking for in clothes section, most likely you will find it. I go here frequently when I need to get a lot of shopping done. They have a lot of shops and a great selection and variety of stores. They also have a really good food court that also has great variety. I am always astonished at how clean Kenwood is. It's always so bright and neat in there, despite the amount of people that walk through there everyday. I have been to my fair share of malls, and this one is always so neat and welcoming. It's also always busy even though mall culture seems to be dying a bit. I enjoy going here, even if it is super busy. It has almost every kind of store one could need, high and low end. read more

Wish this mall was closer. It's beautiful and large with lots of great stores and shops. Definitely much more high end than the Dayton Mall. But so much is expensive I saw small candles for 300 and same for cute shoes. I lady from bee co almost swindled me into facial products for 300 that I didn't want or need. Thankfully I looked up reviews first as they were mostly 1 star. Great selection of high end stuff. Lots of amazing fragrance and clothing. Generally we avoid malls. That said, Kenwood Towne Centre (such fancy spelling) is the best mall left in Cincinnati. The one thing that brings us to this mall is the Apple Store. While we're there we may also hit Lush and Bath and Body Works. I am a candle and scent freak. Nothing else brings us to a mall. We don't head to the mall to hang. We don't go to the mall to browse. We are not fans of malls. That said, one day we were there before they opened. We were sitting on the second floor more or less above the food court. We were there when they turned on the mall lights. It was one of the coolest things I've ever experienced! Okay, it's a mall. Aside from the stores I've mentioned, malls are... for me, a place to avoid. That said, not only is it the best mall in the city, it's about the only mall that still exists with most every storefront occupied. Whatever you do, do NOT go near this place during the christmas holiday. read more

Shopping on August 5, and the mall reeks of some bad odor. Smells like sewage in places or sour milk in others. Some stores are worse than others, but you can really smell it walking on the upper level through the hallways. Ugh. Hope someone figures out what it is soon. Several other people have commented besides myself. read more

This mall is huge! We went twice while we were in town the first time to go to Pop Mart and the second to go Eye Origin (this is a must I wish I could find a Yelp page for them!) This mall is way more high end than I'm used to and people working were very friendly for the most part. read more

Kenwood Towne Centre is such an incredible place to shop. I always enjoy eating at the different restaurants there are so many to choose from. Going into the Lego Store is definitely a must. You could spend hours in there, The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. Cheesecake Factory is also a must go to it's delicious and you will not regret it I also visited the Lego Americana Road Show a few years back and it was honestly mind blowing to see all the historical US National Buildings and Landmarks all made out of Lego read more

I am never coming here again. I grew up around here and have been coming here my whole life. The past 5ish years it has changed. The stores are all over priced ugly fast fashion and the people are rude. This will be the last ever Black Friday we will be coming bc we have been stuck in the parking garage for 2 hours now. After calling security they told us to just wait it out and hung up. Not only did we not buy anything bc everything was garbage but we had to cancel our dinner party at 6 bc we have been stuck here since 2. GO TO EASTON IN CBUS or anywhere else. It seems as though whenever I read an article about shopping malls, it paints a gloomy pessimistic picture of decrepit obsolete buildings that are either closed and rotting away, or are 75% vacant in a plummeting state of disarray. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to see that bleak and despondent message never made it to the Kenwood Towne Centre. The mall is beautiful. The mall is jam packed with customers. The retail space seems to be 99% occupied. I was stunned to see how vibrant and busy this mall was. They have 265 stores on several levels, running from Abercrombie and Fitch to Zumiez. Quite a few of the stores were high end - Brooks Brothers, Coach, Godiva, Tiffany's, Kate Spade, Louis Vuitton. Michael Kors, Oakley, Swarovski... well you get the picture. We strolled around, and really enjoyed our morning there. I picked up a poster at Spencer Gifts, and my wife scored a nice dress from Dillard's. It was great to see an old school mall doing so well in this age of Amazon. read more

It's very big and getting in and out can be congested. But if you need it, they got it. Stores in every price range and taste. Nordstrom, Dillards, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Chicos, Soma. Just a few of my favorite things. That, and See's Candies. and Lush, can't forget Lush. Cheesecake factory and Magginos are my favorite eateries here. But the food court is full of options. The mall (and restrooms) are kept clean, and that's priceless. Behind the mall (but I guess till considered part of it) are the Container Store, Whole Foods, and other places. Across the street are the more budget friendly options...TJMaxx, Home Store, Marshalls and Potbellies. Along with the Macy's furniture store. But I don't even want to get started on that. It's a separate review. Plan lots of time to get your shopping on. read more

Barbie wouldn't like this Mall. But her Ken would. This is a pretty standard mall with a Kung Fu Tea inside it which is great - and it's the only one in the Cincinnati area (the only KFT I mean, and one of only a few in all of Ohio. Some of the girls working in this mall are really into me and I really appreciate that. It's a little sleepy and I do worry it might close down at some point, but I certainly hope not. read more

I was in the Cincinnati area for business and had a few hours to kill. No better place to do so then at the mall. ...Meet me at the mall, it's going down...Anywhere you meet its guaranteed to go down. Kenwood has just the right mix of bougee stores, trendy stores, and casual stores that anybody can find what they are looking for. The mall is huge and very well kept. Floors are sparkling clean and even the bathrooms are gorgeous! I came in looking to just do some window shopping and came out with 2 pairs of shoes (Call It Spring), makeup (Sephora), bodycare products (Lush), jewelry (Forever 21), and a shirt for the hubby (H&M). They also have some nice restaurants located on the grounds such as Cheesecake Factory and Maggiano's. If you're staying in downtown Cinci, it's only about 20 min away. There are not many malls left in Cincinnati. Eastgate Mall and Tri-County mall are dying. Forest Fair Mall already died. Northgate Mall I haven't been to in 30 years. You have Macy's, Dillards, Norstroms for main stores. The usual mall stores are there including 2 sunglass huts. Cheesecake Factory, Magiannos and Red Robin are there. You can also grab a pretzel or slushie. The fast food places are higher priced than non-mall stores: Chipolte, Gold Star, Chick Fila, Subway, Great Steak competitor and a few others. Tables are disgustingly not bused. I like the large TV set which usually has a sporting event on it. Parking is a challenge, but you have a parking garage by Norstroms or you can pay $10 for valet. read more

I just bought a drink only to find out it's expired and when I took a close look at the rest of the machine all the other drinks were expired as well. Well, I usually love shopping in the mall, we did have an issue today. I normally do not bring my dog to shop with me but we thought it was a nice day for an afternoon out. We started on Nordstrom - which always allows dogs and are AMAZING. Once we got into the mall, we were planning on going to some other dog friendly stores like Victoria's Secret and Altrd State (based on checking online) and were stopped by security. We were asked if our dog was a service animal and we let her know that she isn't (and she didn't have anything labeling her as one}. When we told her that we were going to other dog friendly stores, she told us that the mall was not dog friendly and that she suggested someone stay in the car with the dog. I have zero intention of making my dog stay in the car when it is 90+ degrees outside with or without anyone staying with her. This was just a strange interaction. That being said, these other stores do not have outside entrances, so how would we get there without going into the mall? If this is a policy that is part of every individual store, then it feels like it should be posted on every store front and listed online. That would have made it a better interaction than what happened. Instead we were surprised by this information and followed to make sure we were leaving. We have never tried going into any other store with the dog but thought there wouldn't be an issue based on how simple going to Nordstrom has always been. read more

Three stars only for the variety of stores available in this mall, otherwise, 1.5 stars at most. This mall has gone downhill in the last 5 years. It used to be *the* place for transplants from areas around the Tristate with terrible malls to come and actually SHOP. The mall consists of an upper-tier level of high-end boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Chanel, while the bottom level is mainly your typical mall fare (Hot Topic, Auntie Anne's, food court). There's still something for everyone here, but it has lost its luster ever since the pandemic. Stores that I thought were mainstays of this place like Brookstone have closed and been replaced with fly-by-night junk shops. There's been an increase in crime and scamming at the mall, and there's no shortage of the typical strip mall losers trying to sell you fake jewelry as you walk by their booths. And though this isn't a slight on the mall itself, the clientele has gone downhill. Everyone is rude and pushy to get to the next store. Employees within the stores follow you around if you don't look like a million bucks, then they act surprised if you wind up buying something expensive. Spare me the judgment, I'm here to spend my money like everyone else. All in all, the mall needs a bit of rehab and a game-plan for the types of stores they're letting lease here. Being from a small town, I was excited to be going to a better mall. Although they had all of my favorite stores, I wanted to get out of there ASAP. I felt so unsafe because many stores were not enforcing the six feet distance rule and masks. I saw mall security without a mask! Public safety does not seem like anybody's concern (besides Apple). Not sure how I can review the food court but it was also awful. The Starbucks was out of most of their specialty drinks and food. The lines were long without any safety measures. The tables were disgusting. If you're anything like me and want to shop but also feel safe, don't come here. You're better shopping online. read more

One of the best indoor malls in the metro area. There are other new malls closer to my house, but this is the best indoor. Because I'm closer to more recent outdoor shopping builds I tends to visit this place a little less. It has the large department stores (Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom), good options in the busy food court, and an Apple store. There has been some more development in the including new outpost restaurants, gyms within the complex. It's worth a visit. read more

Could the parking situation possibly be any WORSE here? They seriously need to get their act together. Go to any mall in California and they know what's up - they need a system that alerts people when the parking garages are full (saw about 30 people go into the underground lot as I was leaving as it was full). These systems are not expensive. Also: what happened to the flooring by the food court? They are "renovating" the area by pulling up all of the cool tile (and tearing down the cool Food Court sign) only to put down cheap white tile that looks like a bathroom. The cool charm of the bronze railings, unique flooring and old accents were the best things this place had going for it. I was pretty fed up, and probably will just be shopping online if they don't stop ruining the mall. I have been coming here since I was a child, and before it was "cool" ...so the designers and architects should stop replacing the unique accents with cheap finishes that make me feel like I'm eating/ shopping in a toilet. read more

You aren't fooling me, Kenwood Towne Center. I shall call you Kenwood Mall. Actually, I might refer to it a Kenwood Towne Center if I'm trying to con my husband into stopping in the next time we pass by Cincinnati. This was literally one of the best malls I've ever been in. It's not one of those bargain bin malls, but one where you'll find stores like, Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom, and Lilly Pulitzer. We parked in one of the parking spots surrounding Nordstrom, which was the far side of the mall. Macy's was our mission, but we never made it there, but I definitely got my step goal in for the day. Next time, I will block off an entire day for a trip here and I'll wear comfortable shoes. read more

In Kenwood Towne Centre, you see a lot of shoppers. This is great, as this means the mall's got a future. With Cincinnati's only Nordstrom, it's thriving! Large variety of elevators here, too. You have Dover Oildraulic to Schindler 330A elevators! Overall, it's a great mall. Just keep in mind that on weekends, teenagers will walk around just to kill some time. read more

Mimicking everyone else's review... Kenwood Towne Centre is the best you're going to get when it comes to local, indoor malls. As I watch other malls like Florence and Eastgate fall apart, Kenwood is still going strong. I applaud them for keeping things modern. The details of this mall is the icing on top... beautiful floral arrangements outside, updated tables and chairs in the food court, cleanliness and decent security are highlights. The big reason to come here is for the variety of stores. You will find everything you ever want; high end jewelry, sporting goods, outdoor recreation, good eats... it's all here. If I can throw out a few stores that are worth visiting, they would be: Altar'd State, Lush, Godiva (can you tell I'm a 20-something woman?). Build a bear is always fun for my kiddo and we usually make a stop at Victoria's Secret, Disney, Bath and Body Works, Pottery Barn... ugh the options are limitless! Best mall around! read more

If LeBron James built a mall somewhere in Ohio, this would be it. Only one mall (Mall Of America) in the country is worth your time more than this one. They have so many options and it is a very nice clean mall. Despite these options, the only store not available tomorrow is Rue 21, and they only have one nice location (Fairfield Mall up in Dayton). Other than that, they have all the stores that you can think of with excellent service, such as Vineyard Vines, Lush Pink & Victoria Secret, Dillard's, Macy's (they have a better one at the Dayton Mall, sorry) and Lululemon. So if you live in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia or southeast Michigan, you should definitely come here once your life because it is so worth it. It is the best mall in the Midwest I've been too. read more

I've been coming to this mall since it was first built and have always liked it. It's a decent size, without being too big. I was here again on Saturday to do a little Christmas shopping. There are a wide variety of stores here. Including clothing, makeup, high end handbags, jewelry stores, lingerie, electronics, toys, big department stores, and more. Tiffany's even recently moved here from downtown. There's also a decent size food court, some restaurants attached, cookies, pretzels and a Starbucks. Santa is located in the food court area for the families wanting to get pictures with Santa. The only thing I don't like are some of the kiosks. I never stop at them but the owners/workers can be a little aggressive in trying to get you to stop and check out their products. Otherwise, this is the best mall anywhere around the Cincinnati area. read more

Came here yesterday to shop around and look for something to eat. I'm surprised a mall like this has full occupancy which is usually hard to find. It's got an abundance of parking spaces. Everything about this mall is modern! It has a plethora of amazing stores and great variety of food stores. People are really friendly as well. The mall size isn't oversized which makes it easier to find stuff either. read more

This mall was a five star mall years ago. Unfortunately it gets a little worse each year. As teenagers from other malls that have closed make there way over to this mall, it continues to decline. There are way too many people hanging out at the mall that are not shopping. If management doesn't get this problem under control, the mall will go the way of Forest Fair and Tri-County Malls. It's hard to blame people for turning to the internet when this kind of decline is permitted.. Parking is a problem but this is a much bigger issue. read more

Beautiful mall with plenty of stores inside and outside. Love the huge space and very clean. There were stores I've never seen before as well. It is a mixture of upper and middle class shopping. The food court has plenty of options. Restaurants along the outside. The department stores are all there and you don't need to go to multiple malls for certain stores. read more
