I'm from Ohio .. I'm just being honest. I think indoor malls are more practical but every new mall is this open air style. The landscaping is GORGEOUS. There are two rather big problems with this mall. It's designed for a warm weather climate such as Florida but Ohio isn't like that at least half of the year, and it has lousy access in or out. Having spent a lot of time at Waterford Lakes (their owner Simon, are responsible for Cincinnati Premium Outlets) in the southeastern part of the Orlando, FL area, I can say that this kind of mall would still be a pain with the odd little streets in-between the buildings. It tries to create a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere, but likely creates some heart-stopping moments as someone darts out in front of your car. Getting back out onto Princeton Road is no easy feat, either. Coming from either the east or west sides of the mall still make it difficult and the distance from the S.R. 4 bypass to the exit of the mall is not enough to handle the long line of cars. If you're willing to take a chance, the stores are worth it and they're much closer than the Tri-County Mall area.

I don't know if she was a supervisor or a manager or what, but even so, there's no reason a manager should talk to her employees the way she was talking to them on her walkie talkie.
