This is such an amazing community that's going crazy with construction and improvements. This shopping district, while loaded with restaurants, doesn't really offer much else. The parking lot is oddly designed to promote pedestrian traffic for the retail shops. Sadly, even the store clerks aren't sure what's going on. Nordstrom Rack was the biggest disappointment of all. I wish there was a shared master plan for the future of this shopping center. To date, don't waste your time...

Its series of shops and restaurants.. looked newer and lovely. This is the style mall now a days ... and on days like today it great. Weather is PERFECT.. not raining..not too hot or humid..its gorgeous. But in Ohio..how often is that the case. And on these rare perfect weather days ... how many will waste it shopping. I'm from Ohio .. I'm just being honest. I think indoor malls are more practical but every new mall is this open air style. The landscaping is GORGEOUS. This outdoor mall has a lot and I would probably concentrate on Target, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting…read moreGoods, and Staples but there are many other stores. There are two rather big problems with this mall. It's designed for a warm weather climate such as Florida but Ohio isn't like that at least half of the year, and it has lousy access in or out. Having spent a lot of time at Waterford Lakes (their owner Simon, are responsible for Cincinnati Premium Outlets) in the southeastern part of the Orlando, FL area, I can say that this kind of mall would still be a pain with the odd little streets in-between the buildings. It tries to create a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere, but likely creates some heart-stopping moments as someone darts out in front of your car. Getting back out onto Princeton Road is no easy feat, either. Coming from either the east or west sides of the mall still make it difficult and the distance from the S.R. 4 bypass to the exit of the mall is not enough to handle the long line of cars. If you're willing to take a chance, the stores are worth it and they're much closer than the Tri-County Mall area.
