I had been inside this Walmart a few times during the years I lived right around the corner in Mason. It tends to be a nicer location because of the area it is in. They also seem to stay better stocked. While I havent been inside in a few years, I recently came for a drive up pickup, as I was trying to obtain some Christmas lights that were out of stock at other locations, and I was going to be in the area for a meeting! The process went well, placed order online, was communicated with about substitutions, as well as out of stock items (the damn lights) ahead of arrival. When I got there, I checked in on the app, parked in the designated spots to the right of the building, and was in and out in under 5mins. I have to say of all the places offering order online for drive up pickup (Free over $35) I have had the best experiences with Walmart, which is shocking because I rarely shopped at the chain before the pandemic. read more

Linda, an older lady running customer service, had a horrible attitude. I did no transactions with her, I only witnessed it. She was extremely rude to a pair of foreign women in particular who were using financial services. It was a spectacle for sure. I made a point to notify their team leader. A busy work day is not an excuse to be rude to regular, polite shoppers. I suggest not doing your shopping here, or else you might have to return something to Linda. read more

There so many times i contacted or tried to reach the automotive. It does not matter who works there at the time, but they are rude and not helpful at all. Try to call them forget it, they will not pick up. There is one rep whose name is Cowboy, dont let me start with him...not good. If you call the West Chester store, they picked up quickly. Store has gone downhill tremendously! Never more than 1 register opened, 90% of the time the larger self checkout with the conveyors are closed. The personal shoppers who pull merchandise for customers are extremely rude, they block the isles and treat the customers as though they are second class citizens! There were 2 separate incidents where my wife tried make an exchange and they all but accused her of stealing the product! It is for all of these reasons I try to limit my visits and patronize different merchants in the Mason Area! read more

This store has been on a steady decline that past 10 years. When first moving here from the Waterstone area it was pristine and well kept. Now it is dirty, the floors are constantly gross with remnants of spills, the produce department constantly has rotting food, and the shelves are consistently disorganized. My husband and I are very happy to have moved to Loveland knowing the Milford Walmart has much better standards. Management needs to get it together in Mason! read more

Call the store multiple times to file a complaint about the tire center. I called because I had a flat tire an hour prior to them closing and was told in a very rude tone that no one would help me there two different people I spoke with on the phone were extremely rude and nasty to me and I was less than five minutes away from them. They told me that they start closing up the bay at 6:30 and it was 602 when I called, but they actually close at seven can never get a hold of this store to file a complaint read more

This is my favorite walmart to steal from. I have stolen over 500 dollars in items so far. The workers don't care about security and you can just walk out with whatever you want, be it whiskey or a bag of oranges. If you are actually buying something here, the staff are not helpful, so I recommend stealing instead. Also, I recommend knowing some martial arts basics before getting out of your car, as sometimes there will be fist fights. Overall a decent experience and I will continue to steal from this location. read more

I really don't like to beat-up on Wal-Mart. They seem to get a lot of bad press & negativity, so let me just be factual about this evening's visit. Positives: we found good quality items for a great price (mission accomplished!) We were looking for very specific things & they had exactly what we needed. On the very steep downside, we almost left empty-handed for lack of any customer service. It was almost impossible to find someone to let us in a fitting room. Our search for an employee (ANY EMPLOYEE) took us all the way to the front of the store to ask a cashier to help us. He sent us to a manager who had to make us wait because she was doubling as a cashier. (Out of 26 registers, 5 were open & the self-service checkouts were backed up). My son actually considered taking the clothes in the bathroom to try them on!...which might have gotten us in trouble :/ Finally, got in the fitting rooms. While I waited outside a young lady came to try on a shirt. I told her the fitting rooms were locked, but luckily an employee walked up. The customer asked for a room. The employee looked at her & said "Not my department" & kept walking. I said, "excuse me..." then explained the painful process we had gone through ourselves to get a dressing room. She said "well, let me see if I can find the key", which she did with no problem. Holy Cow! The whole time I was there I could feel my anxiety rising. The whole place was complete, joyless apathy. What happened to 'Smiling Faces'? Wal-Mart management, I beg you, do something about morale & remember, you are in the customer-service business. All you 'brick & mortar' retailers continue to lose business to online shopping. Smile, be as helpful as you can, have adequate staff. Shopping should not be that stressful. read more

I was at Walmart this weekend and purchased a gas tank exchange in the home and garden area. They called for an associate to come help me and one other guest 3 times. No one came. So they had us go up to customer service (where the line was ten people deep). While waiting I asked an associate who was just walking around if they could help and they said no. So I went and found someone else (since this had been about 40 minutes since I made the purchase). This person said they were out of gas tanks and went to refund my money. I spent nearly an hour at Walmart and never got what I even came for and the customer service was awful. read more

I'm giving this store a 3 for average. If you are looking for an inexpensive item, chances are Walmart has it. You know walking in it is not going to be upper class... But if you are on a budget and trying to spend your money wisely, you definitely will not be the only 'normal' person in the store. Others like to save money too--and chances are, you will find a good deal. Walmart does have weekly sales called rollbacks. It is when they roll back the price from the original price. However, you must watch them ring up these items, as they usually do not ring up correctly. This happened to us yesterday. The item did not ring up as the rollback price, so we had to go back to get the tag from the aisle the item was in, and then go to the customer service desk to get our money refunded. An employer from Walmart told us that you have to watch how rollback items ring up because he notices that they often do not ring up the correct price. The store is not overly clean, but it is also not overly dirty. The store is a supercenter, so you can get groceries, as well as household items, clothes and necessities for all members of the family. It's a great one stop shop if you are looking for low prices. read more

This is a Walmart. It lives up to the reputation of Walmart in general. I don't find the service here very accommodating, in fact, I have an incredibly difficult time finding service here at all. That being said, the prices here are very reasonable, as is the case with most Walmarts. The only difference is that the selection here is bigger than most Walmarts in the area. read more

The electronics staff was beyond rude! I checked online regarding stock of a Switch I wanted and this location said it had two left. I went to the store since if I booked it online I had to wait another day. I politely asked an associate for help and explained to him online shows they still have what I wanted. He sighed and said if it's not in the case then they don't have it. He didn't seem like he wanted to even be bothered to help. He then asked his coworker for me since I insisted they had it and the other coworker just grunted and wouldn't even look anywhere for it. After that they both simply ignored me and never spoke to me again. I stood there and booked the item to pick up tomorrow since I can't get it anywhere else unfortunately. Otherwise I'd never step foot in there again. This is the very reason why I only go to Walmart once or twice a year. The pharmacy staff need to implement sanitizing practices and the 6 foot distance rule, but especially should wipe the counter between customers and have wipes or something available to wipe off the card machine. I was very uncomfortable picking up my meds and had to wait 6 extra minutes in the area for the Pharmacist to check a medication that I have picked up there every month for years and it was NOT a new script. read more

I rely on Walmart + delivery service to get groceries to my parents who are in a nursing home, my son who has developmental disabilities and myself. If Walmart has the items that's great but getting them delivered is another story. The drivers they use either don't speak English or do not read the delivery notes. I write very specific notes for each place I have orders sent to. In all 3 places the drivers notes are ignored. Yesterday they delivered my parents groceries to a building that they don't even live in. Today when they were resending part of the order the same exact thing happened. Forget calling the 800 number. They just read you a script over and over again. I tried calling the local number just to be put on hold twice then disconnected then finally not even answering callbacks. At this point I'd rather pay a little extra and use Shipt. At least I will get preferred shoppers, get good substitutions, and they deliver to exactly where it is requested. Walmart doesn't seem to care about losing 3 households in one shopper. read more

Went in the Mason OH store to pickup a few items anticipating no more than 10mins in the store. I was stopped...ambushed...no less than 3 times by 3 different strategically placed salespeople to sell me on internet and cable service. Really? Are you kidding me? Who agrees to and signs a 2yr contract for internet and/or cable service while standing on the floor of a grocery store? WalMart....you need to shut this down IMMEDIATELY!!! read more

It's going to take every ounce of my body not to curse. These horrible people have not only fish, but little known fact, they literally shut off the air supply to the fish, killing them slowly. I yelled for an employee, and they told us that it takes too much money to run the filtration systems, and that they have a certain mortality rate. I'm done with this walmart. This is by far the worst Walmart I have been to, twice I've had issues with staff and I will not give them another try. I will drive to the one in West Chester before I return to this one. The last three visits at this Walmart were unpleasant. The first time i asked for help with ipad and they said someone will be with me in a moment. i waited for 30 mins and nobody came to help me. So i left. The cashier was very rude the second time at check out. And the last time, they put a wrong label on an item, they didn't do anything about it. i said i would go get a different one and come back. I placed an online order at walmart.com but some of the items were only available for in store pickup, which actually meant IN STORE kiosk. went to a pickup spot and they insisted we use the kiosk IN the store, which I was trying to avoid! we went into the store to utilize the kiosk and there were three EMPLOYEES standing in the tight kiosk area NOT WEARING MASKS. when we finished the kiosk transaction, there were FIVE EMPLOYEES huddled and socializing in the kiosk area and we had to ask them to move so we could exit!!! The only employee we saw wearing a mask was the greeter at the door in a wheelchair. We called the store to complain and the associate manager gave me the brush off and seemed unconcerned about the complaints we brought to his attention. How can they expect customers to social distance and wear masks when their employees are so careless? Avoid this store for your health. read more

The woman at the self-checkout flat out mocked me just now. My boyfriend and I frequently shop at this Walmart, to the point where most employees recognize or know us. This woman has assisted us multiple times checking out and seems to forget us every time. That's no big deal. We work in customer service so we understand that. However, since we are frequent customers we are well aware of Walmart's rule that in order to purchase alcohol, each person present must have their ID. We were buying wine just now and she sternly told us she needed to see both IDs so I responded "oh haha we know!" To which she said "we know, we know" in a whining, mimicking voice. I was in no way being nasty toward this woman, and I typically have nothing but good experiences at this location, so this was a bummer. I wanted to return something that was broken from your lovely store Walmart. I walked in and workers walked right past me while I said I said I was confused and needed help. They didn't stop and help me, they just glared at me. Then I went to the returning center and the lady talked with little to no emotion and said "we are closed." She wasn't welcoming and frankly I was scared. I am not going back to this Walmart because the service there was very disappointing. Had a full cart if groceries (around $300 worth) When we went to checkout, the lady working our lane coughed up a loogie (or however you spell it) , wiped here wet mouth, then proceeded to check us out. Touching every last item with her hands that she kept wiping her mouth with. She did this a few times and even had to sit down for a few minutes while we still had half of our cart still filled. When I told a manager that was standing just a few lanes down, she said "oh yeah, she's sick" I said, then why have her touching food?? Anyways, I just wanted everyone to be careful of this place. Without a doubt, the nicest most well stocked Wal-Mart in the area. I always find what I'm looking for, and then some. Unlike other Wal-Marts around, I don't feel like I need to be disinfected when I leave. Very clean, and the workers are always friendly. The jewellery and shoes sections are a little small but the clothing is large and well stocked. Worth the drive. read more

The most horrible experience you can have at a Walmart would be at this Walmart!!!! Came in last night to grab some table clothes for an event. Asked a worker for help in the fabric department and got pointed to the next worker and so on for three more workers (just to see how many would send me on to someone else). No help. Finally I go through every isle till I find large black table cloths :) I happen to pass a store manager standing in a circle with some of the people I had ask. I stopped so they could all know for the next person where their table clothes are located Incase they can't find the person who is suppose to cut fabric. Tried to explain how many times I was passed when he bit his pinky nail rolled his eyes and started ignoring me and letting the other coworkers explain for him. His name is Roger. He some how is an assistant store manager. But as a 27 yr old female who has worked in the customer service field for quite some time I knew this is just not acceptable. Roger, if you read this please learn how to manage and maybe be a man with a little more of back bone than biting your nails, rolling your eyes and letting others answer for you. It was like looking at my 17 yr old sister except she can actually look me in the eye with her bad attitude and form a response like an adult.
