This is a typical Target. A different layout then the store I go to regularly, but I was able to find everything I was looking for. The store was clean, but really busy. I think probably because it was Back to School time. They had one lady on the register, which made everyone even with a lot of items using the self-scan. This made the line crazy and clog up the front of the store. We went to the back of the store to waste some time and look at the books. When we came back to checkout things were fine. My daughter did think it was really cool they have a Kendra Scott section and a mini Ulta. Prices were similar to every other Target I've been too, but download the app and take advantage of the Target deals and various coupons. read more

The service is always amazing at this Target. The selection is wide and lots of different clothes and foods. It's also got all the different tech, toys, and more. This is a high value Target in a good location. The prices are good and the lines are short. It's a very clean supermarket. It's also a very large supermarket. read more

I had been inside this Target several times in the past to grab something they had in stock that other locations didnt. It seems to be a bit smaller than others, but in turn has more unique higher end items! Recently during the pandemic when I am doing all my shopping online for pickup, they again, had some items no other local Targets did. I was able to place drive up orders for when I was going to be up here for work! Their online stock was fairly accurate as only 1 item was out, and when that happens with Target they offer to ship it to you for free instead (or find another store that has it). The pickup process here looked like it was going to take a little bit as there were quit a few cars waiting, but it was not more than 5 minutes. The girl loaded my car nicely and was very polite. As Target's go, this is a solid one. We have two that are in very close proximity to us so, depending on what we're doing while we're out and about and exactly where we might find ourselves, this is one of them. Pharmacy staff is nice, and very helpful, would definitely recommend the CVS pharmacy. If there's a separate check in for the pharmacy I'll do my review there. The store is nice and clean, the entrance has some bargain items, but most of the time it looks picked over. The staff is friendly, and the checkout lanes are fast. I have tried to call the West Chester Ohio store for two days. Every department was tried. Either the phone call was dropped immediately or there was no answer. EVERY DEPARTMENT that I could try. Even HR. TWO WHOLE DAYS. It was open and people were working but no incoming calls were coming through. For this store my rating is 0 or NO GOOD. read more

Very disappointed in Target. I drove out of my way because the app stated that their Microban 24 spray was in stock as well as Clorox Wipes. I got to the store and I guess several other people did the same thing walking up and down each aisle looking and couldn't find anything but empty shelves. I asked an employee and he said they hadn't had a shipment of Clorox wipes in days and Microban 24 in a couple weeks. I don't know if this is a marketing strategy but during a pandemic and when we are supposed to be social distancing it's not a good look. read more

Overall this Target location is comparable to every other location in Cincinnati. The selection is decent, the store layout isn't bad..the parking actually isn't as bad as some other locations. You go to Target you know what to expect. What I am going to speak to in this review is an incident that happened to us on black Friday this year that makes me like and respect this location more than a lot of the other ones. We were back in the video game section of the store and we came across a deal that was marked that seemed too good to be true. A brand new Nintendo Switch game for $15. Yes, $15! With most of the games averaging around $60 we knew we couldn't pass this up. Do we have a switch? No. But we know people who do and we were sure that we could gift it to somebody. When we brought it to the registers, it rang at its normal price. We told the cashier that it had been marked at a much lower price on the shelf. She seemed skeptical so she called over a manager. The manager called back to the department to confirm that the price was marked as it was, they did..and it was actually a mistake, but the manager instructed the cashier to discount the product accordingly anyways. Now, I know most stores have that policy of "if the item is marked at a price, even if it is a mistake, we have to sell it at that."..but not all stores will honor this. Especially when it is such an extreme discount..to the point of we should've known it was too good to be true. But this manager and this Target stood by their rules and sold it to us at that price. Very respectable and fair way to run things. Because of this I not only think highly of this location, but it makes me think better of Target overall..seeing that we've had some shaky experiences with Target and their policies in the past. It was a nice refreshing thing to happen on an otherwise stressful black Friday shopping day. read more

I don't usually ask for anything for Christmas, but I decided on started a short list of items from Target for those that just must do holiday shopping for me. I've been here a few times over the years and it seems that the staff is social--they'll talk to me, they'll talk to each other. I think they'll talk instead of working. Of course, I'm finding this practically everywhere along this strip of Tylersville Road, but generally anywhere in West Chester. The first thing I saw when I entered the store last night was two workers folding some tops while talking. I think they didn't notice how they were folding because they were too busy with the conversation. I really like Target but this one suffers because of its workers. read more

When I went to Target today, I never thought it would be a life changing moment for me. I went in and fell in love with the Gala apples. This apple is so juicy and might I add, so tender. I went in for my yearly physical, and my doctor said I did not need to get my prostate exam this year due to this Apple's powers. (Even though I didn't need to, I still got a prostate exam because health is important and I definantly do not enjoy it). Only 12 hours after eating this godly apple I have now gained telekinesis. I am now becoming closer and closer to godhood and I believe this apple may be the main reason. Overall I rate this Target 5/5 for the apples. read more

Meh. This is maybe my least favorite Target ever. Always crowded and chaotic. I had one heck of a time setting up a wedding registry here. Customer service did what they could but it was almost more trouble than it was worth. Starbucks is slow. Just not my first choice for a Target shopping experience. read more

I've never been more annoyed while shopping than I was Friday while shopping at this Target. The people who work here are rude, incompetent and make me never want to shop at this place again. I was looking through the shoes, and there was a woman in the aisle cleaning things up. She hit me with her cart and refused to move it. She also didn't say excuse me or apologize. Then when I looked at her and said "Excuse me!?" she said, "I'm trying to clean this aisle up." Are you kidding me people at Target? Then as I was walking down the main aisle 2 Target employees came walking out of a side aisle directly in front of me. One of them cut me off so bad that he grabbed the front of my cart and basically pushed it out of his way. WHILE I WAS PUSHING IT DOWN THE AISLE! He also didn't apologize, but gave me a look as if I was in his way taking up his time. Now, I'm sure that not all the employees at this Target are rude horrible people, but from the experience I had here, I'll never go back, and I'll be calling the head office today to complain. Better than most Targets I have been to! I tend to come here primarily for their seasonal items located in the far back corner of the store from where you enter, the $1 section upon entering, and their makeup and beauty products. Their clothing has also increased in quality significantly from what I remember it once being years ago. I would not recommend coming to this place for groceries due to the limited options, but if you need something while you happen to be at Target, they do have food options. Overall, come here frequently and I would recommend coming here! read more

They are not actively enforcing customers to wear a mask that actually covers their nose. Saw many people with mask around chin or nose out. That's scary during this holiday season where more people are out shopping. Keep us safe!! read more

I started to write this before reading the other reviews. My plan was to mention the large number of employees socializing and extremely busy chatting together. I came across a group the other day that had 7 of them you king it up while a customer was looking for a high end camera. One of the employees even appeared to be a manager and another was an off duty manager. Cudos for coming in on your day off and providing 6 of you associates something to do for over an hour! Long story short I explained the features of the 2 cameras available and answered all her questions. Had to interrupt the chat feast to get the camera out of the case and check availability of the accessories. They opened the case handed the camera and lens boxes to her and closed the cabinet. Since I had been at Cord Camera earlier that day I knew the price there was the same and the staff knowledgable. Since she asked about camera instruction I mentioned Cord and she decided to go there. The next week when I stopped at Cord I found she had been there, told them about meeting me at Target and bought a $600 camera and lens kit as well as about $ 400-500 more on some cool extras. Nice job Target. I actually relayed this story to Target management and they had no reaction. I actually saw the manager I meet with chatting with several employees while some sat on the displays! I like Target much more than Wal Mart and the store is usually clean and I like many of the food products they carry, but come on! Think about the profits and customer service possibilities and opportunities this one issue presents! read more
