I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service.
