I don't buy my food from Walmart but I do order other household items. The last two times that I have ordered my large packs of Bounty paper towels they were not delivered but marked as delivered. The picture the driver took of my porch both times clearly showing the paper towels were not included in the delivery. I did get a refund for the paper towels, thankfully. Another time that a driver brought my order but did not leave the large pack of Bounty paper towels. The picture again showing the paper towels not on my porch with the rest of the items. I called and reported it. A short time later it was delivered to my porch with a note attached saying "Sorry. I was wrong." Today my order was delivered without the large pack of Cottenelle toilet paper. I had it refunded through the app. Of course, each time I have to wait up to a week before I get the credit - while the driver has my items. I do not believe anymore that this is an accident. Not after this many times. I can only assume it is theft. And it's a huge inconvenience. Because now I will not ever use Walmart delivery again. Unfortunately - when you shop and mark items for shipping it will many, many times then send it delivery from store instead. Because of that I can no longer shop from Walmart.

The prices are usually higher than most grocery stores. The store is not as clean as other locations. If you have to go to Meijer, I would recommend to drive a little more for better customer experience.

HOWEVER, you can find absolute gems here for a tiny fraction of the original cost. They have a surprisingly large baby clothes section compared to many other stores. And finding help can be difficult. I recently bought a purse here that was tethered to the rack with a security lock. I rang for service so I could purchase it. No one showed up. I rang again and waited. Again no one. After a third ring, waiting and no one responding - I went to get help from someone nearby. She was helpful and kind when asked but I know that she heard the call button and was ignoring it. Then I went to stand in the ridiculously long line. Just like TjMaxx upstairs, there's never enough help to run the registers and the lines are very long. There have been times both here and upstairs that we have just left our items in store and didn't purchase because the line was taking so long that it no longer seemed worth it.

(No one else around but her and I) "I was just looking for the pajamas?" Her manner and tone were the rudest I've ever experienced. If I was a Karen, I would have cared enough to get her fired. Usually just run into on accident and make it look like it was intentional, but I had no clue it was there. The aisles are clean and the service is good. The people who haven't been replaced by AI and bots who work there (if you can find them) which is a whole journey in itself help a lot. Once I've hunted them down they are very nice and knowledgeable on how to find the things I'm looking for in the clothing and more jungle called Macy's. However, I love that Macy's has everything and I value what they provide. Would highly recommend shopping at Macy's.
