I love shops like this. Someone I met told me I needed to take a look in here and I agree I did like it. It had kind of a boho sort of vibe to it. I was also able to find a couple gifts for my daughter while I was in there. Pretty cool little shop. The gal working in there did not bother me as I shopped and when I had a question she was able to answer and help me. I really liked a pair of shoes they had but they did not have my size. She offered to take my name and let me know when they have my size. The prices were about what I expected, somewhere between boutique prices and gift shop prices. I meant to go to the piercing studio next door, but I couldn't not go in here after looking inside. There is such a wide variety of items in the store. I got a top, dress, and a ring and everything was affordable and seems to be good quality so far. There were so many option from casual items, going out items, things I could wear to work and even athleisure. There is also a Kismet in Yellow Springs where I went to college, so I'm familiar with their style and the wares they carry. There are only two locations in total and I must say that the Cincinnati location has much more items for sale and some very different things than what I've seen in Yellow Springs. The store is owned by the same person who owns the Pangea in Clifton, so you're going to find the same general goods here. Things like women's clothing, shoes, scarves, jewelry, cosmetics. Lots of colorful pretty sparkly things! I found their shoe collection to be great, they have some very unique styles. Their clothes were a little to 'hip' for my tastes, but cute nonetheless. The store is just enjoyable to be in, however, the staff were a little too over helpful. I'm the kind of person who doesn't want the clerks to be asking to get me things when I'm in the dressing room. Leave me alone, and if I need something, I'll get it myself!!! read more

it's a nice small boutique! most of what they sell have that old antique look. I don't like that much as for clothes or shoes but on the other hand I went crazy for their scarves and shawls collection they have all colors with different styles I absolutely loved and wished I could have them all! they also sell small decorative accents, gifts and accessories that are cute. even though the place is small but it has many things so if you're in O'Bryonville you should pay a visit you'll probably find something you like there. read more

Very cute Bohemia meets Asia style store. Lots of colorful sundresses, hats, and purses that seem to be well made and aren't too expensive. Found some really trendy and adorable jewelry as well. Perhaps my favorite thing they carry is Zum Products. This line of natural skin care and aromatherapy products is so wonderful. I highly recommend the Zum Rub in tea leaf-citrus. This wonderfully scented body butter leaves your skin well moisturized and smelling magnificently. Zum Soaps are also fabulous. read more

I wandered into this shop today. I was pleasantly surprised by the cute little collection. I really regret that I did not check this shop when I was looking for a gift for a girlfriend last week. They had a comb which read 'Thank God for girlfriends' :) It would have been a perfect gift for her. There are many nice wall arts, Asian decors, handbags, purses, foot wears, clothes and accessories. I am a very slow shopper when the shop is good. I would have stayed there like for 40minutes..and they did not disturb me at all. If you would like some wall arts with positive energy, do check this out. read more

My sister and I felt like we hit the jackpot the second we walked into Kismet and picked up a price tag. $25 for an adorable halter top that could be appropriate for going out or day?! Hooray! I think we had been shopping in Hyde Park for way too long but the prices absolutely made our day. We started snatching up pieces by Free People (if you aren't familiar with the brand you have to try it out, everything is amazingly soft and comfortable and I think it's mostly made from recycled products...could be wrong, though) and Tulle, a brand I had never heard of. I also saw a few pieces by Hot Kiss and KensieGirl that were cute. The store is definitely an eclectic mix of bohemian fashion and club wear, but we liked it! After we each had a good handful of items to try on we stood around waiting for the one fitting room Kismet offers (it is a small store). After twenty minutes of watching an over-eager mother hand item after item into the dressing room for her daughter to try on we were sufficiently bored out of our minds so we left our picks with the cashiers and asked if they could hold them so we could return to try on. They were friendly and more than happy to accommodate our request. We shopped around O'Bryonville for half an hour before returning to Kismet, at which time the girl with the crazy mom was STILL in the fitting room. Frustrated, we left without getting to purchase anything. Obviously the fitting room situation was not the stores fault and will in no way hinder me from returning to check out new stock, it's a VERY cool store...I just wish I could have tried on my items! read more

Stopped in as it was the closest clothing shop by my office. I had ruined my dress and had 30 minutes until I had to give a presentation to 40 people! Needless to say I was flying through the store grabbing thing and the sales person Stephanie was amazing. I just happened to check out this store the other day on a whim and was blown away by how much inventory they have. Such beautiful clothes, scarves, shoes, jewelry, hats...you name it! The clothing was on the pricier end ($60 and up is what I saw when I sifted through the racks), but I found some beautiful scarves for just $15. Very unique and high-quality stuff. When I take Madison home and I can find a street parking spot right out front, I will always stop to look around this cute little clothing and accessory store. This boutique type store has a mix of clothes, although most of them appeal to the urban outfitter crowd instead of business wear. But they also have a nice shoe selection, which surprisingly including danskos. I also like browsing their large purse collection and unique local jewelry. They have a range of prices for almost every budget and the staff are helpful and encouraging when you try things on by yourself. read more

I bought four pieces from Kismet Collection. The quality of the product was so poor that I emailed their customer service with pictures of what I received. I was advised that they are giving me a credit however when I tried to login my account to access my credit I no longer had an account with them. This company is a rip-off. I emailed again from the email I received previously from this company still no response. Please don't shop with this company. Service is poor, goods are just garbage and a total rip off. read more

I often find myself staring out of my window on the drive home from work and gazing into the store front windows of Kismet. The clothes are reasonably priced, and if you really want a bargain, I'm confident that their sale rack would not disappoint. The outfits they have are often a bit trendier than what I would usually buy, but I think it would be the perfect place for people who take a bit more fashion risks and who dress a bit more boho than I do. I did find a coat there a couple years ago, which I still wear. They also have some interesting knick knacks, including ornaments and Christmas cards in the windertime. read more
