I've been a long-time customer, but this location has declined noticeably over the past several months. The store is often dirty, especially the bathrooms, which have a strong odor. Merchandise is poorly organized and messy, making the store feel more like a thrift shop than a TJ Maxx. Inventory also feels sparse and picked over, with empty shelves, cluttered displays, and the same products sitting for months. Overall, it no longer reflects the quality I expect from TJ Maxx. read more

I revisited this store again on February 9,2021. If you are disabled, have bad legs or feet do not go to this store. This store never has enough cashiers which results in customers standing on their legs for excessive periods. The operate like they don't give a damn about their customers well being. This is also evident by their failure to even respond to all of their customers complaints. Vote with your feet! read more

I just visited this store for the first time as probably had one of the worst experiences ever. I live in Lebanon and decided to check out the new store. Not needing anything in particular I picked a few shirts and t shirts to try and was waiting at men's dressing room. It was unclear if someone was occupying the room with handicap access as I was waiting for a few. I decided to check with team member (Young white Girl with glasses) if we need a key or someone is using it. She replied with extreme rudeness "did you try opening it"? And laughed at my face! Additionally went on to discuss the incident with coworker in front of me and they both kept laughing. What a horrible thing to do. Unacceptable and very uninviting. It seems like the young kids were more interested in talking and joking about their daily life and I interrupted/made a mistake for asking a question. Bad bad shopping experience! I ran into this TJ Maxx last weekend in a last minute attempt to find a cute jacket or cardigan sweater to wear over a dress I was wearing to a wedding the next night. I walked in with little hope; I've been to TJ Maxx's before and have never had good luck finding what I want or need. This day, I found an entirely different problem. I had too many options for what I needed! I went to the Jackets/Blazer section of the Women's rack and pulled out stylish jacket after jacket, each time gasping at the labels that appeared on the clothing. Michael Kors! Kenneth Cole! Lilly Pulitizer! You're kidding, right? I was almost jumping up and down for joy when I saw the huge markdowns on the items. In the past, the most expensive designer I've ever found at TJ is Polo Ralph Lauren, but this day I hit the jackpot. I scored a textured Kenneth Cole cropped jacket, originally $139, for an amazing $35! I then went to the shoe section, hoping my luck would continue. Sure enough, an adorable pair of black Jessica Simpson pumps for $29, a drastic reduction from their original $90 price tag. I will be back to this TJ Maxx as often as I possibly can; they had adorable clothes from real designers at great prices. Love it! read more

This location is THE WORST! First I hate the layout of this shopping complex - really bad design to whoever the urban planner was on this one. Next... there are so many better TJ Maxx's than this. I have only visited a TJ Maxx on one other occasion because I remember on that one occasion how overwhelming it was. Now, this trip was definitely not overwhelming. This TJ Maxx location was clean and organized. Also, there were several staff members that were there to help if you had any questions. I found a couple of good deals and will definitely be back when I have more time to search through everything. read more

Hit or miss location and I prefer to go to other T.J. Maxx locations. I find that this store is a little bit dark and the selection of clothes and accessories is not as high end as other locations. Sometimes I have come in here and found some items, but their selection is more geared towards children clothing and items. Would go somewhere else if you are looking for women's fashion. read more

I fancy myself a TJ Maxxinista... You can always find a good deal at TJ Maxx. However, this location is by far the biggest with the best selection. Whether it's clothes, toys or home goods (my personal favorite) - this location has tons of it. You can get things pretty cheap if you are in the mood to treasure hunt or wait until the item hits clearance; however, sometimes I find their prices are expensive. They have a lot of good deals on brands I like such as Callaway, Polo/Chaps, Izod. They always have my size which is good but for most people you cannot come in looking for a specific color or brand, I like TJ Maxx but I am a random shopper and like the surprise of finding a deal. read more

This is a very nice store. It is clean and pretty well kept up for the amount of people that flow thru it on a daily basis. The employees are friendly and helpful. I scored some Perry Ellis pants for $30 and they are a great fit. There is something for everyone in the family. There is a children's section, some stuff for guys, and lots for the ladies! read more
