I don't come here often (because I'm a guy and....well....I'm a guy) but when I do, they always have what I need. It's pretty basic - A multi-story department store. If you want to know all they have, go to their website and check it out. Better yet, just go in and check it out. For the most part, service is typically great. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can usually find someone to assist you relatively easy. Would I go back? Yes. And, as I mentioned before, as a typical guy I go shopping when I need something. I know what I want, I go in, I get it, I pay for it, I leave. Now, let's say that you didn't try those pants on when you really should have. You get home and they're too big or........... or maybe you're too big.... whatever the case, grab the receipt and head on back. They'll take care of you. But, if you want to save yourself the trouble, go hit up that dressing room and see how sharp you look.

We have a Kohl's in our town we shop at more than other department stores. My wife needed to return…read moresomething to Amazon and so we dropped into this on a trip to see our daughter and her family. I think this location seems to be about the same as the one near us but the quality of the merchandise was much higher. I wasn't sure if that ticked me off or I was just impressed. For one thing, this location still has a full men's section, with lots of dress clothes and not just jeans, shorts and casual wear like ours. I mean a really large men's suits and dress clothes area! The other departments seem a bit more the way macy's used to be instead of more like a Burlington Coat factory like ours. I needed to use the restroom which was very clean and well maintained too. Kohl's usually does this everywhere so I should praise them for that. Many other stores leave the restrooms smell,y trashy and often have broken stalls and urinals. I thought they were a little light on staffing out in the departments but a whole team of workers at checkout and guarding the front door (whoops I mean greeting people). A few times we had questions but could not find anyone to ask. That's the only reason they did not get five stars from me today.

I bought two pillows with a buy one, get one half off sale. The pillows were $19.99 each. So I should have paid $30 for both, but they rang up as $19.99 each. When I pointed this out, she spoke to me in a super loud voice that she would have to increase the first pillow to $39.99 and sell me the second for $19.99. This is just insane and she continued to yell and scream at me in front of several customers. She kept saying "why do you not understand this?" It was so absolutely ridiculous.... The fact that she wanted to increase the price first and then her erratic child-like fit that she threw in front of me and others. District management: you have a large problem on your hands.

Well we went in to find out whom to speak to about looking at it more to possibly purchase. The greeter was a little helpful in that she directed us to the customer service center. Customer Service called Lawn and Garden to unlock the bike. As we walked by the greeter she wished us a good day and we said we were going to look at the bike she just helped us with the info. We go to the bike and the person unlocked it and my friend rode it around a bit and we decided we wanted it, but the tire was low one air and the brakes needed adjusted. We took the bike inside (lawn and garden person said to see Patrick in toys. We take the bike in and the greeter asked if we were needed to return the bike or exchange it (odd since we have talked to her twice in less than 5 minutes about looking at the bike) we told her where we were going. We found Patrick and he called Ken. Well Ken made the trip worth while. He looked at the bike, offered to not only look the bike over, but suggested we take the bike he just finished putting together. He brought it out and it was perfect, the only adjustment that was requested was changing the location of the Parrot. Ken did this without question. He is what customer service is all about and why the bike was worth the purchase. Oddly after paying for the bike the greeter still didn't recognize us.

IF I'm staying with our daughter for a week we will hit this Meijer at least three times and we load up my pickup and bring things home we can't find anywhere else. Ok, a great bakery, good deli, large produce with a larger than normal organic section, far more and better groceries than a Super Walmart too. All the sisal stuff you expect and then more. If you combined the best of Target and your favorite grocery store, Walmart prices, and better trained staff than any of them all rolled together you'd have this Meijer's.

I think probably because it was Back to School time. They had one lady on the register, which made everyone even with a lot of items using the self-scan. This made the line crazy and clog up the front of the store. We went to the back of the store to waste some time and look at the books. When we came back to checkout things were fine. My daughter did think it was really cool they have a Kendra Scott section and a mini Ulta. Prices were similar to every other Target I've been too, but download the app and take advantage of the Target deals and various coupons.

I love Costco. This isnt my normal warehouse location but if I am in the area I often stop at the…read moregas station or make a trip inside. While this isnt the businesses fault, I issue a warning, this location is always crazy- parking lot, store, and gas at all times of day no matter the day of the week. The staff works hard and is very helpful and prompt here, so it might just be the sheer volume of people that come here. Luckily for the gas part, there are so many pumps there is rarely much of a wait. Inside there is usually quite a long line for self checkouts or regular. The store itself is clean, organized, and often has different things from the nearby Mason location. I find great deals in every department as well as the pharmacy. The cheaper, yet top tier gas alone is worth the membership!

The parking is always full but easy to get in and out of. The clientele is much laid back and I love the selections better. It's super organized and fully stocked. The refrigerated and frozen section are my go to. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I also like the dining area at the food court and bathrooms are clean. The gas station area is also easy access to get in and out. I will be going to this location from now on.

They did indeed have what I ordered. Upon arrival I was able to park in the designated spaces and take advantage of their curbside pickup option. Service was prompt. What I generally utilize this chain for is seasonal/holiday items. Make sure to watch for sales and coupons (join their free rewards program) as this is what makes prices reasonable. They do tend to have holiday items that are unique to them and cost way less (lights, decor, etc).
