All staff were wearing masks. This is definitely a plus. The store is a bit crowded. I don't mean people. The racks are close together and just moving throughout the store I knocked things off the rack at least once especially by the work out/athletic section. I was trying to find a pair of leggings and all the sizes and styles were mixed. I couldn't find what I was looking for. During my leggings search, I was approached by an employee about a rewards program. I don't shop at Old Navy very often, so I took a pass. As I navigated further into the store, the more crowded it became. By the clearance section, it was impossible to look through the racks as everything was packed and hard to move through the area. Plus, I docked a star because the entire back of the store smelled like pot. It was mostly empty of people, but a few. I thought it may have just been the clearance section, but as I moved towards the kids section then the men's side by the dressing rooms - the smell definitely lingered. It was disheartening to see such blatant judgement assuming based on how I was dressed. Wore it once, (so obviously I took the tag off) and while wearing it the strap broke and is no longer wearable. Now I spent $40 for this. And you all advertise "affordable" clothing. Great staff! While…read moreshopping here recently my daughter got a nose bleed and was bleeding a fair amount. The bathrooms are locked but staff came quickly to get us in. I did find a few pajama sets and a couple of other things before we needed to tend to my daughter's nose bleed. The staff member who helped us came by and inquired if she was 'ok'. Grateful for the helpful and kind staff at this store!

This could not be more false. Employees are extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming, and judgmental. The person checking me out didn't even greet me and his only words were "do you want a bag". Vibes were so off in the store and I'm never coming back.
