Wore it once, (so obviously I took the tag off) and while wearing it the strap broke and is no longer wearable. Now I spent $40 for this. And you all advertise "affordable" clothing. However $40 for 1 piece of clothing is not cheap. Went in to return, exchange something so I can be able to actually get my money worth and was told by the girl there that because the tag was off she couldn't do a refund. Now I understand you have policies, but if I cannot wear the clothing more than once than that sounds like a defect on your part and not mine. I did love your alls clothes and would have loved to shop there again. I don't care to spend the money when it's worth it but this feels like false advertisement and theft when I can't even wear this again. Tried to email the email for the store "Fayette@roseandremington.com" that's literally on the website and it comes back as email does not exist.
