We stopped in here to look at moisture wicking tees. They had a sale buy 3 get the 4th free. Little did we know there was also a 30% off sale going on too. We had never been to a physical location and bought online before. Location was clean, packed full of merchandise. Well presented, neat and shoppable. Staff was friendly and selections were really great looking throughout. Location is a little buried in the shopping center so that was a bummer. But, parking was ample around the retailer. Have ordered a lot from Duluth. Not going to any more. Placed and order and tried to cancel after realizing i was not logged into my account, nope cant do it. CS on line, nope cant do it. It took four days before they packaged and shipped but change 2 minutes after placing the order was not possible. Now my package that was supposed to be delivered USPS Monday is still missing in Champaign IL where its been all week. 145 miles away and more than a week and still lost. Called CS they could only tell me it was sent. Received other Duluth items for Christmas and they are going back at a store in Missouri this week. Carhart 100%! read more

This is an outdoor clothing store that is actually worth it's higher prices. They had a wide range of apparel from coats to beanies and items like kids toys and dog accessories They had a small shoe selection that included brands like Keen and Muck. I left the store with two pairs of pants, one on clearance with a material similar to Carhartt and the other a lighter weight that is perfect for fall hiking. Overall, most hikers and outdoor workers will have luck at this store finding comfortable clothing and accessories. read more

You know the saying.... "You get what you paid for". This is how I described Duluth Trading Company. I see their ads on Instagram and really like the presentation, style, and look of quality. I was I interested in checking it out. Since we were on that side of town we definitely had to drop by. I would describe this place for the hard working middle class/blue collar and for the love of outdoors. At first I didn't understand why their prices were jacked up. But I see why... it's an investment. Quality clothing and products that is durable and will last a long time. This is definitely a place my Mr needs to shop because of his strenuous job. I like their motto. If you are not satisfied with your product after one year, return it and they will give you a refund. That is saying something about this company. They are that confident that their products are solid. I was interested in a green coat they had for sale. Golden Harvest Quilted coat. It is bulk free insulation, water repellent shell, and rib cuffs to keep the cold out. I tried it on and I was sold. I had to get it. My Mr got the 40 Grit Flex Twill (Standard Fit) pants for work. He too tried it to on and was sold. He described it as light and very comfortable. Besides clothes, they sell accessories, camping/outdoor/hunting gear, toiletries, knives, etc. Was very happy with the experience that when I got home, I ordered more working pants (Black and Taupe gray) for my Mr on their online website. I'd seen advertisements for Duluth a plethora of times but never been to one... Until my lady and I were in the vicinity of this one recently and decided to stop by. I think we were a bit overwhelmed by the size of the place and how much they had, but after seeing it all, we became fans of the place. It's all about tough, durable clothing for the hard-working, blue-collar, sweating for that dollar life. We stopped by on a Saturday and it didn't seem that busy. The place itself was pretty big and had so much to offer. I'll admit, it's a little on the pricey side, but the stuff is all made to last. They even have a money back guarantee on all their products good for up to a year. Now THAT'S something you don't just find everywhere! They also have lots of items on sale and on clearance. I ended up getting a pair 40 Grit regular fit pants for work (Hey! Working at a brewery it a tough gig! Tasty but tough!). I tried them on before buying them and was really impressed with the quality and maneuverability. Plus they were on sale for $25 down from $39. My lady found a really nice coat on clearance. She really liked it because it's form-fitting, flexible, is water-resistant, and you can tell it's made to last. I could certainly see us coming back here again. I might look into a pair of their steel-toe work boots because they look very durable. Again, it's a bit pricey, but with their guarantee and the quality of the products, it's worth the investment. The good: everything in the store. The bad: it will KILL your wallet! This store just opened and we literally turned around on I-75 to go back to it. And then we spent a lot of time and a lot of money on that return trip. They have AWESOME clothing options and they really do fit well and run true to size. As an active, but larger than size 12 female, it's usually disappointing to go into stores that have limited sizes. Not here though. I found tons of clothing that I loved. Today was my first visit here. Brother highly recommended. I'm very impressed! First of all, a very nice greeting! Well organized, clean store, bathrooms are great! The clothing & shoes are ! A bit pricey, but when you can wear that pair of pants 15 years or more, were they worth it? Oh hell yeah! And the comfort - great fit, how can you go wrong? Duluth has a fantastic guarantee on their products also! There are lots of extra goodies: travel bags for men & women, toiletry bags, travel/work thermoses, all top notch. Duluth is a great brand... online... on sale. And they have A LOT of sales. This store assaulted me with its smell. I don't know how no other reviewers have mentioned it. Maybe it's new. I will try to describe it. Burnt rubber, leather, maybe citronella or bug spray? I tried to look around. But the smell made my eyes water. Someone should have asked me if outdoor gear makes me weep. I ended up with my hand over my face and bolting for the door. They must pipe in that fragrance. Nothing there should have such a smell. I don't know why anyone would choose it. If you have allergies, shop online. If you want deals, shop online. If you want to feel fancy in West Chester and have no sense of smell and don't mind paying more than you need to, shop in the store. read more

West Chester just introduced a new adult "superstore" for the hard working men and women of the area. Duluth Trading Co. recently opened across the highway from IKEA . It's size and height suggests it might be a double decker retail store, but, in fact, it's only one floor. Duluth Trading Co. used to only be available online to this area, but now, can be visited just a hop, skip and jump from home. Duluth is known for their durability in clothing and their specialty clothing such as firemen and carpenter clothing. They offer women and men clothing, shoes, hates, bags, docks, undergarments, etc. They even have a small section of items for dogs, including durable leases, collapsable water bowls and bottles, and toys. Duluth Trading Co. is very fashionable, clean, orderly and very motivational, but the prices of items might just have you heading for the front doors- which is something I witnessed while visiting. The website offers great clearances, sales and deals. Although the store was offering some deals, such as $10 off a couple of women's shirts, 25% dresses, clearance on winter sweaters (which were still $99) and 30% off men's shirts, the prices were ridiculous. For instance, women shorts started at $69, long pants started out at $99, sun hats started out at $49. But, even though there were many that just walked out of the store, the line for checking out was long and they were surprisingly moving a lot of items. Looking out in the parking lot, there were a ton of huge trucks that cost more than my annual salary for two years, so, it's clear to say that the normal customer is not the ordinary farmer, house painter, volunteer fireman, etc. I guess that's why Duluth picked West Chester for their newest location. In all fairness, if I could have afforded it, I found a ton of stuff that I would have loved to have bought. I would have been one of the fortunate standing in that line with an arm full of items. I've seen commercials and was super interested in stopping in. The store was super clean and organized and the employees were very helpful. I mainly wanted to get the men's underwear since my mother in law has spoken so highly of old commercials, but I didn't think it was going to be as expensive as it was. They had some very unique (albeit helpful) items, things like a lock pick set (avoid paying a locksmith) and mini cleaver! They also had cute socks, the only downside was the price for me. Stopped by on the way b/c my wife and I saw it from the highway. We had mentioned they we were interested in seeing what they had so we circled back and went it. The selection of clothes and other merchandise seemed to be great but prices are very high. I will say the quality also seems to be very high so you get what you pay for. They did have a 30% off if you spend 100 so this made things a little more reasonable. I use to like Duluth. That was when they warrantied their pants I went to get a warranty on my pants and the guy told me they no longer offer a warranty on any thing. I bought them under the Idea they had a warranty. But no the guy was very patient with a very upset me. I mean they had warrantied my pants in the past but not tonight. The guy offered me $30 dollars off a new pair of pants but that still leaves my pants costing me about $50. This is not a deal, I will now be buying another brand of pants. read more

I went here on Father's Day they had a sale going on 25% off everything so I took full advantage! The store was nice clean the employees were helpful. The clothing will last forever I've been wearing two different pairs of their pants nearly every day for the last two years and they're still holding strong. One employee in particular named Carson at this location was immensely helpful and very polite. The clothing is great but I will be coming back to this location for the customer service. read more

Went there while traveling, nice store. Great underwear and socks, not so much other things. Prices are sky high and the long tail polo I bought was terrible. Way oversized. Maybe it will shrink I thought. It came out of the dryer with more wrinkles than than my grandmother. I ended up throwing it away. $30 in the trash.
