Two weeks later while in the same restroom at The True North convenience store, the new belt I had just bought broke right in half at the Buckle. Again I went to the fashion warehouse and they again were inhospitable and wouldn't help me it at all in exchanging the belt. So now I'm stuck holding my pants up as I walk around because I made the mistake of buying a cheap faulty product at a cheap store with inferior products that don't care when they break. I found some classic Santa Cruz button-up shirts right off the bat. I'll admit I was eyeing the skateboards too, which they had lots of really cool ones, but I haven't skated in many years so I didn't opt for one... Yet. Then we got to the Vans shoes. We asked the staff to check for our sizes in a few different styles. Each time, they took the time to check for each one, even though they were a little busy. When they weren't able to find our sizes in stock, they suggested they place orders online for us, and they'd have them shipped either to the store or to our place for free and still get the buy one get one 50% off deal. We, ofcourse, said yes please! Our cashier took our information and told us to not hesitate to call him if we have ANY questions or if we don't receive our order within 12 business days. This is the kind of experience that makes you absolutely want to frequent a business. I've been in there a few times now and the store is always disorganized and dirty. The girl (manager?) that works in there is always in a bad mood. Today after waiting in line for and exclusive drop, I was 6th in line. The limit was 2 per person, she allowed her friends to grab more than the allotment, then she tracked me down in the store after I was able to get one item and accused me of cutting the line to get it. She called me out in front of all the customers and staff (for something I didn't do) and forced me to hand over the item where she immediately gave it to one of her friends in line. This is unacceptable behavior. I will be avoiding this store and company as must as possible!
