Before we even started, we clearly communicated to staff that she cannot be touched and requires a patient, respectful approach while shopping -- especially because she is very particular about textures and styles. The sales associate we worked with was understanding and kind, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined when the owner of the store barged into the fitting area, grabbed my daughter's arm while she was half-undressed, and completely disregarded our very clear boundaries. My daughter, overwhelmed, tried to shut the door for privacy, and the owner actually tried to grab the door from her and then proceeded to argue with me, calling my daughter rude. Touching an autistic child without permission is not only inappropriate -- it's harmful. Doing so while the child is in a state of undress is inexcusable. Instead of speaking to the parent (me), she escalated the situation with my daughter, who was already vulnerable and overstimulated. This was one of the most unprofessional and upsetting retail experiences we've ever had. I do not recommend this store to anyone -- especially families with neurodivergent children.

I needed a size 18 dress to accommodate my hips and I was able to try on every single dress I wanted in that size because they had that and larger sizes in stock. It was Amazing!! My consultant was also so patient and helpful getting me in and out of all of the dresses and even recommending things for me. This was her first week working there and she seemed like a pro. I bought six mother of the bride dresses and none of them worked for me. I called David's bridal before I ordered them online to confirm that I could return them to the store as it is stated on the website. When I got to the store, it was evident that the box stores are "separate" from the online David's bridal and they do not appreciate returning online purchases at their store. Because of a glitch on David's bridal side and after more than an hour in the store waiting, only five of the six dresses I was returning were showing up to be returnable. After being told, I was on my own and had to call the general 1-800 number to try to figure out what happened to the sixth dress, I was finally given a UPS return label a week later from the online David's bridal just to find out that they charged me $15 to return the dress that I had in person at the store a week earlier to return! I did not find the customer service to be helpful or friendly. I would never shop at David's bridal if it was the last bridal store left in the United States!

We worked with Sean who had us in-and-out in half an hour and we were able to pick up both of our tuxes next-day. I could not be MORE happy about the excellent service we were provided. It felt like the small-town, family atmosphere you just don't get with businesses anymore. Sean talked with us about our schooling and football, and even offered us a water when we went to leave.
