I was looking for an offbeat sport coat to compliment a pair of slacks for a wedding ceremony and celebration. Jim took his time and helped me find what I needed and had me try on numerous clothing items. Found a perfect coat for the occasion which he is altering for my sleeve length. I also picked up a great cardigan that I have gotten numerous compliments on. The service was top notch and Jim was fun to talk to. He even gave suggestions for other clothing shops in the area. You dont get this type of service in many places anymore. Thank you Jim!!!

These are not your everyday sneakers! There are so many designs you won't find anywhere else. I have now been back to the Unheardof store multiply times. Quality high end items at prices that one can afford.

After discovering and following Unheardof on Instagram and often seeing shoes and sometimes…read moreclothing I liked, I finally stopped into the shop. Now I wish I had known about them years ago! But that probably would have cost me a lot of money over the years. A specific pair of shoes brought me in and even though they didn't fit the way I liked I quickly found another pair. I ended up purchasing a nice pair of brown leather Nikes. The selection of shoes consists of skater and hip hop style sneakers from brands like Vans, Nike, and Adidas. They appear to carry limited edition styles from all the brands. Before I left the store I looked around at some of the clothing. There were t-shirts, hoodies, jogger pants, and jackets that followed in the same athleisure style as the shoes. There was even a small discount section in back where I found an awesome Alpha Industries flight jacket for half off. As soon as I tried it on I knew that I couldn't live without it. They carry both men's and women's merchandise, however, the selection for men is noticeably larger. The women's selection is similar to men's in both brands and styles. Unheardof also has it's own brand of clothing. I noticed that one section of the wall was covered in skateboards so I assume those were for sale as well. The store is clean with a hip boutique feel and lots of colors and open space that feels welcoming and makes it easy to shop. The employee that helped me was nice, helpful, and polite. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

I also loved the different assortment of unique socks, bow ties and cufflinks. I can't say enough about how well I have been treated here, Chris has been amazing to say the least. I originally came here a few years ago and just looked around, but I wasn't looking to really change the way I looked. I came here about a year ago for a Yelp event and couldn't believe how well the treated us and gave us the grand tour. I knew when I needed to make a lifestyle change this is where I was coming. We have all purchased off the rack clothes that feel well okay. I have several items in my closet that way. I just got my first ever custom blazer, a nice pair of dress pants, a good pair of jeans for classy casual, some amazingly comfortable shoes, and nice shirt and some pocket squares. I don't think I have ever felt so good in an outfit in my life. Sure it will cost a bit more than going to a big box store, but I will say this I feel like a million dollars in my new clothes. I can't say that ever in anything off the rack that hangs in my closet and is never worn. Why buy something you don't feel good in just to hang in your closet. I own 3 blazers that will be going to goodwill soon and maybe even a suit. I will be back here to buy more clothes. I can't wait to walk back in knowing Chris will be there to make sure I look good and to know that what I buy will not be a fad and out of fashion in a year or less. I will say this is money well spent, that I will not be giving to goodwill ever. So when you need a good outfit for work or just to feel better about being a better dressed person, come in and see Chris or anyone else for that matter. They will all treat you the same no matter what. Thank you Chris for the amazing customer service you provided me and for the truly perfect outfit.

The first pair, the guy at this location told me just to grab a replacement, which made me spend a few hundred on shirts because of good business practices. This time, the guy refused to honor the guarantee on the pair included in the picture. Claiming normal ware and tear on the back of the jeans clearly on the middle inseam! I told him after a year goes by, I'll stop bringing them back in. Already ordered replacement ridge pants that hopefully hold up better (not as light as Meridian unfortunately). I'm not looking for handouts, but want to get my money out of them so it's not a complete waste (I have all the colors). Now I've lost a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. I have a lot of their clothing, backpacks, and accessories. Before, I was assured that the quality is so good that they'll stand behind it. Now that they're not, the quality must be causing them too many problems to keep up with that assurance. Third picture is the size of pants compared to fresh order made a month ago. I haven't added on in size which would be a meaningful denial as well. He just kept repeating the same thing like one of my toddlers. Just doing what he's told is my guess.

I also like, how some items are still out of my price range, but not everything, so it's a good mix. And lets talk about the shoe selection, it's awesome! Hate to say it, but way better then the selection at the neighboring TJ Maxx. It's easy to find what you're looking for, and items are usually organized by label, or at least by type (ie outerwear, jeans, sweaters..etc) so you know exactly what you're looking at, instead of going on a "needle in a hay stack" hunt like you would at above mentioned TJ Maxx.
