I'm not looking for handouts, but want to get my money out of them so it's not a complete waste (I have all the colors). Now I've lost a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. I have a lot of their clothing, backpacks, and accessories. Before, I was assured that the quality is so good that they'll stand behind it. Now that they're not, the quality must be causing them too many problems to keep up with that assurance. Third picture is the size of pants compared to fresh order made a month ago. The clothes brands are predominantly Express and Alter'd State... So if you buy those brands at full retail prices, which I often do, then this is your spot! It's definitely not fancy and you may have to pick through the stuff... but if you're paying $4 for an item that started at $90, you really can't complain.
