At the time of purchase I had asked about the return policy and was only told of the 30 days. No one pointed out that the entire policy was on the receipt in very small print. Iwas very upset about this. My husband did not take no for an answer. He stood outside the store and finally the 'manager' came out and said he would give him the credit. Not only that but unlike other shops where I've been there was no attempt to sell me on a flyline. They did, however offer to load any fly line I had, even if I brought it back- they also asked if I needed any backing added to the reel- this was after I bought it. You can on online order all you want but coming in the shop beats everything in my book.
