I had never really shopped at Crestview Hills before but it is SO MUCH more relaxed and nicer than Kenwood. It reminds me of Roodwood but without the traffic. The clothes brands are predominantly Express and Alter'd State... So if you buy those brands at full retail prices, which I often do, then this is your spot! It's definitely not fancy and you may have to pick through the stuff... but if you're paying $4 for an item that started at $90, you really can't complain. Items have original tags and are clean and undamaged. They have fitting rooms and a strict no-refunds policy. Check it out if you're in the area and love a good deal! You won't be disappointed.

She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service.
