Ordered 6 pairs of socks online and paid for shipping because it is difficult to get to a store. Kohl's sent the wrong item even though the invoice had the right item. Asked for a return and they indicated the correct item would be sent out. The replacement was also wrong and when I tried to return again they wanted to charge me return postage. Kohl's never again poor customer service. read more

I was in dressing room trying on bras. I was amazed to see a guy in next room taping me. I put tip on and went to next stall and banged in door yelling for help from workers. A guy in dressing room taking pictures of me. I grabbed his phone he came out he was over six foot and I am 5'3" all this yelling workers to help me. I held onto to the peepers Sen tol we got to register were there were men workers told them he was taking pictures of me in stall trying on bras. The peeper grabbed his phone out of my hand ran out door and worker said for me to run out and get picture of license plate but couldnt because I wss jumping out if way of his car hitting me and speeding off. Police were called, regional manager and tried to call both for updates. All those cameras and they cant identify them in fact left many messages and they never called me back. Manager told me that day they are told not to help customers even if they are under attack taken advantage of or in conflict. What I joke. I would have held onto peeper tighter and keep him there with all my might, but when we got to register and customer service area, i thought men workers would take ovet and let up my grip and let guard down. What a joke. Regional manager said cameras are there for shopper lifters, not customer safety. World is a joke and so are kohls workers. read more

A Kohl's is a Kohl's, right? Pretty, much, but sometimes it is the little details that sets one apart from the others. There are no Kohl's Super Centers, you cannot buy tires, or groceries, or get a prescription filled and I like that, there are other places I will go for those items and this way I don't have to compete for parking with those who do. Over the years I have purchased something from most every department, jewelry, bath towels, bedding, patio/outdoor, shoes; but mostly clothing. Kohl's has the most amazing discount/clearance racks, marked as 60%, 70% and even 80% off of original price. True, you may not find exactly what you are looking for in the color and size you want in this area, but it's CLEARANCE people! Now we get to what sets the Walton store apart; it is a newer store, in a less traveled area. The selection in this store is superior to what I have found in other area stores, possibly because of the lighter traffic, but this store in particular is always very neat, things are better organized and staff on the floor to assist you are not an endangered species here. These factors make it worthwhile for me to make the extra drive to Walton, especially when I am in clearance shopping mode, which is like always! read more

I always love coming here and shopping for a fashionable bargain. The only bad experience I had here was when I came to get my makeup done for prom. I told the woman many weeks in advance that I would be there for my makeup before prom and reminded her twice the week before and she assured me that it would be okay and she would be there. She was over an hour late for her shift. Actually she wasn't late, she was in the back doing her hair!! When she finally got there she was completely unprepared and wasted a lot of time. I was there for over 3 hours getting my makeup done. It was absolutely ridiculous. I didn't have enough time to go home and change I had to get dressed at my photos. The lady doing my makeup was more interested in telling the other stylist what she was doing wrong than working in my makeup and after the other stylist and her client had left she trash talked her coworker and client. The other stylist, Pam at the jewelry counter, and another employee who was there on her day off kept apologizing for the last doing my makeup, if it weren't for them I wouldn't have had the patience to wait around. I can't remember the lady's name that was doing my makeup, it may have been patty she looked like Alice cooper. I will never ever go back to her or kohls to have my makeup done. And if this store wasn't so close to home, clean, trendy, and reasonable I wouldn't be back after that horrible experience and the makeup counter. I wouldn't be surprised if this woman loses her job at some point, she was disrespectful to her co worker and completely unprofessional towards me. I love the store otherwise and didn't want to give it a poor rating just because of one employees actions. read more
