He wasn't sure what size he needed, so he grabbed the size he thought he needed. Due to COVID-19, fitting rooms were closed, which is understandable. He said to the guy working up front that he would try them at home and if they didn't fit, come back and exchange them. The guy working said that was fine. He took them home and they were way too big, so he came back and grabbed the next size down and put the original jeans on the counter. The girl working rang up the new jeans, but told him after he purchased the new ones that he couldn't exchange the old ones due to COVID-19. Again, I totally get this, but your whole staff should be on the same page. If a staff member tells someone they can exchange something, you should honor that. I used to buy all of my boots from Timmy, but we won't be coming back here again. I understand the policies in place for the better of public heath, but you should educate your staff.

Jim took his time and helped me find what I needed and had me try on numerous clothing items. Found a perfect coat for the occasion which he is altering for my sleeve length. I also picked up a great cardigan that I have gotten numerous compliments on. The service was top notch and Jim was fun to talk to. He even gave suggestions for other clothing shops in the area. Harry got me in for an initial consultation/measurement where I brought some inspiration pictures of the suit I had in mind and we spent some time flipping through his library of fabric samples. He helped me select material that was in my budget and weather appropriate (Important as I was getting married in the Texas hill country). We had a single fitting and two weeks later I picked up my suit, two shirts for myself, one for my father, and a pair of altered pants for our dress rehearsal. While I don't recommend waiting that late in the game to get a suit made, nor do I condone asking such a talented team to rush work like this, I cannot stress enough how awesome of an experience it was getting this suit made and how lucky I was to have a man as patient and kind as Harry making it all happen. As for the suit? Fit is perfect. Had I realized how comfortable a well tailored suit could be, I would have saved myself a lot of time and money shopping around at department stores through the years.
