I really like stopping in here to check out what's new. They have nice clothes and also some decor items. On this occasion I did not find what I was looking for but you never know, maybe next time. I was looking for a holiday outfit for a Christmas party. They also have a decent selection of jewelry. The prices a little higher than other thrifts and consignments I visit but the brands are typically better. I am always greeted as I enter and if I need anything I can ask. The store is not huge but the selection is pretty good. I am sure I will stop again. read more

I came here accidentally with trying to help my daughter sell her old jeans etc. this store does not buy your clothes directly, but they will examine your stuff, took whatever they think is in the season and good for sell, and once they sell, you get 50% of the list price. The lady worked there is very nice, and this is my first time doing this. I come back after 3 weeks, and only one of my daughter's Jean been sold and she got 11 dollars! Hahaha! read more

What a great little consignment shop in Florence, with a cute boutique vibe! A friend suggested I take my consignment-bound clothing items to Soul Unique, and I'm so glad I did because I have fallen in love with this cute little shop! They have a good selection of quality items, new items every day, and there's something for everyone. The staff was great, and they made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door. It's clear they have many regular customers who love to shop there, and who seem to enjoy just being there. It's also become a regular stop for me when I want to find something new, or just browse around in a comfortable and fun atmosphere. I love love love Soul Unique Consignment Boutique ..... they have a beautiful selection of clothing, some designer, some not but all very stylish and in excellent condition as well as great prices and various sizes. They also have a wide range of home decor , designer purses as well as lovely jewelry . Lisa, the owner is fabulous as well as her staff. Not even worth 1 star. This woman RUDELY talked to us in a rude tone about how they close at 6 on a Wednesday but when I pulled them up it said they closed at 8. Either way it's fine but she should've used better customer service or locked the doors. She was also rude about taking clothes and how they wouldn't want my stuff. IF you are worried about your health, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Not a single employee or customer (besides myself) were wearing masks. There were about 10 people in there, btw. I was planning on purchasing a jacket, but decided I would not be giving money to a business who doesn't care about the safety of its customers. Felt very judged for masking up & being safe while in the store. They had some nice clothes & good prices, but they obviously do not care about their customers :( read more

Talked to my mom who recently visited this store with my daughter (who left a review here as well)... and while my mom heard the phrases a little different (she thought she heard the employee call the customer a b***** and use the phrase "Oh my God" multiple times which offended her as well), she shared with me basically the same story. Not a good testimony to a young 17-year-old believer. If you're going to use the trappings of Christianity and invoke religion in your business, you need to be prepared to walk the walk and only hire those who will represent the kingdom well. I've been to Soul Unique a couple times over the past year and LOVE THEM!! I've been a consignment store shopper almost since birth (my mom loved them as well) and have seen them come and go in our area. I hope Soul Unique is here to stay. They have a superb collection of high quality fashion at amazing prices that I haven't seen in any other local consignment stores. (There's one in Louisville I feel I can mention here since it's not local...Margaret's...which is wonderful as well!) They are clean, beautifully decorated, and every employee I've encountered has been friendly and helpful! It's sad that 2 folks rated Soul Unique poorly because of the behavior of 2 of their employees, which one of the raters did not even witness! Wouldn't it have been more "Christian" on their part to confront the owners rather than get together and rate the whole establishment poorly. It's tough enough trying to compete with the Amazon giants these days. Give the small business owners a break! read more
