The young woman helping me was seriously like a personal shopper - she needs a raise!!! I ended up buying 3 dresses and a pair of shoes for Mexico and I could not be more excited. I will note that I feel like the prices here are way too high for the quality, but since it was a special occasion I just went with it. I will definitley come back to this location. I had never really shopped at Crestview Hills before but it is SO MUCH more relaxed and nicer than Kenwood. It reminds me of Roodwood but without the traffic. Although I did find out that they were getting ready to have a nice clearance sale to send out the spring/summer clothes and transition to fall/winter. The last day of the sale they actually did a bag sale. I made it in on one of the sale days and bought some nice clothing at a more reasonable price. They also had some decor items. The store is fairly small but they packed it full of good shopping. I also found a pair of shoes that I liked. I actually paid more for them than I would have liked but they were unique. I am sure I will stop in again. I may make it when they are transitioning over to spring to pickup some deals on winter clothes.

The shoes were in a bag. The box was taped up. The label with my information was attached outside the shoebox and bag it was placed in. I left the store. Went to my vehicle. I wanted to wear my shoes so I could workout at the nearby Planet Fitness. I cut opened the bag. I opened the box... The ANTI-THEFT SENSOR WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE SHOES...! What??? So what was I supposed to do if I had not checked the merchandise before I left ? Who would not take the sensor off the merchandise before bagging and taping a label on it ? I RETURNED the shoes. The poor lady with no voice kept apologizing. I asked her to stop. It wasn't her fault. I just don't want a customer getting really mad and the store not understanding why a customer is getting upset over this. To the person who actually prepared my order.... "You forgot the fries...!" A family member of mine brought a large bag filled with Plato's "brands of the month" desirables and dropped them off. I walked around the store to shop. I blatantly overheard the young girl at the counter tell another girl that they have "no time" to look through the bag and to just "text the customer and tell her it's ready, can't take any of it". They had no clue I was related to the customer. They did this with 3 other people, all older women, bringing in clothes for their teen daughters to sell. Bags sitting in the corner piled high with stuff to look through was never touched. I personally took photos of the way my clothes were placed in the bag prior to dropping them off here, and after picking them up. They were UNTOUCHED. I literally had Athleta, Nike, even a Lululemon pair of size 10 leggings sitting right there in the top of the bag. You know, the brands listed right there on your promotion for $5 extra. Barely worn. Then the reason they gave my family member was the clothes were "too mature" for Plato's. So that's why there's QVC brand coats and Walmart brands sitting on your racks? Yeah, right. I bet any amount of money these girls would have looked through the clothes if it had been a high schooler bringing in the bag or if they knew them. This is a shame.
