Nice store. Appropriately priced and things are in order which is really nice. Easy to browse and look around. I found a big platter bowl for $6 that I plan on converting into a bird bath or a planter. This can cost me at least $20-30 easy. Staff seemed nice, helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back here again, you never know what you can find in this place.

Overpriced and no decent stock. Northern Ky Goodwills are horrible. Cincinnati is better but no by much. Still overpriced for free stuff!

Nice Goodwill. The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of books. It is in a good location. Hard to find at night.0

I'd give zero stars if I could. This was my first time hearing of/visiting this boutique and from…read moremy experience it will most certainly be the last. I walked in and wasn't acknowledged at all! As I was walking through the store I heard multiple other people come in and every single one of them was greeted at the door or acknowledged, meanwhile I walked around the store for a good 10-15 minutes and none of the staff ever said a word! Very rude. Learn to treat ALL of your customers equally!

How did I not know about this fabulous, little boutique before today?…read more Tucked in a corner of Crestview Hills Town Center, this chain of trendy shops is the first franchise in Greater Cincinnati. Francesca's Collections is a much needed alternative to the subdued, preppie wear that dominates the Town Center. When you walk through the doors, you're greeted with an array of hip jewelry of better quality than you'll find in most moderately priced department stores. I bought a pair of cute bangle earrings for $15 and they actually look like they'll last me awhile. In the center of the store you find kitschy gifts, books, accessories and home decor, like vintage-inspired wall-hangings. The coolest gift item I discovered was the Personal Library Kit, a great present for your favorite bibliophile. The kit is designed to track books as they are lent out to friends and family--what a great idea! Near the back of the store is the women's clothing section. Francesca's Collections clothes' cost, quality, and style are reminiscent of H&M--bright, youthful, and fashion-forward. You won't find subtle pastels here. Just primary colors, bold prints, and unique designs, all reasonable priced (they spring mini-dress I tried on was $62). I really loved this store's selection and prices, and will definitely be back soon!
