Although they had signs up with name brand merchandise, the signs did not indicate where you could find it. Of course I was there while every parent & child were searching for school shoes. When I need shoes I try to do it without my daughter... but most the time she ends up with a pair too. One my dogs ate my brand new shoes! Devastated, I went back to buy a new pair, and they were out of my size. I was crushed. Seeing my disappointment the manager called around and found me a pair from one of their other stores. The sales associate told me it was a "last act" item and refused to do anything. I asked where it says no return or exchange, she showed me a small abbreviation that being very small that I couldn't see it . When I purchased it nothing was said about "last act" the rack they were on didn't say sales are final. It's not about the amount of the item, it's about retailers secretly screwing the public.
