I normally don't care if an employee says hello to me or not, but the overall impression I got from this store was one of being unwelcomed. The amount of brands they have is nice and the store's layout is big and easy to move around in. One plus is that they have the shoes out for you to try on rather than asking an employee for individual pairs, but that's about where my positives end. None of the shoes were "warehouse" type prices or selection. Shoes that were just released this season were selling for more than the manufacturer price, and the discount wasn't enough to get me to spend here. Not a lot of wides or bigger sizes in the women's either.

We just called to schedule an alteration and were told by Luke that we could not get alterations unless we paid. We would not have left the store upon purchase had we known the truth. When we advised of what we were told - we were advised that there was no way he could help us. We asked to speak with a manager and he did not transfer us. We are very disappointed that the associate who sold us the jacket was in error and that we now need to pay for that error.
